It's lovely I guess, but if I'm spending good money to stay at a castle I want to see antiques, lot's of bare stone, medieval weaponry on the walls and maybe a suit of armor or three. This is just not the castle fantasy that most people have.
What a shame if this was in the UK no way would you get permission to destroy a historical building and totaly destroy it for a hotel its like a plastic disney failure

I was so excited when I started watching this, but my excitement quickly turned into horror. The interior is the absolute worst and most tasteless r @ pe of an old building I've seen in a long time. I was literally gasping while watching them completely destroy this building. Absolutely horrible and insane to watch something with that much potential end up looking this bad, boring and basic. The interior hallway between the rooms looks like a cheap 2 star public housing building from 2001. The bathrooms, the wallpaper, the tiles... all already outdated. I'm in shock. I cannot comprehend how tasteless it turned out. 30 years from now this whole building will be demolished and people will shake their heads at how extremely poorly this was executed. 0/10 straight to jail.

I agree, the interiors didn't have to medieval or rustic, but this 90's, really crappy Motel 8 / office center is frankly really off-putting ! The warmth of wood and natural products (not slabs of cheap looking tiles on floors) are my biggest gripe. It looks cheap, as if these guys ran out of money, which is sad, cause the outside loos like nice except the terrible modern restaurant.
