How To Replace Garage Door Weather Stripping / Weather Seal

Hello I have the same new weather but as door goes down it thicker then old one and rubbing and turning against the trim going down. Is there a way to tighten new one with screw?

Yeah just use any kind of screw to pin it on the inside corners
