    The CF Journal says that before the jerk you must touch the shoulders with the dumbell but not going down, why do you touch it? Isn't it a lost of time? Thanks.

    Breathing, just breathing also remember to relax your grip in rowing. I think, 10-12 is quite possible to do.

      Lupe27 if you don't love working out then no pre workout can help you. Some people enjoy working out, others dont.

      You don’t need preworkout if you’re starting just focus on eating cleaner and drinking plenty of water and getting enough rest

    Terrible form across the board. Spine and hips out of alignment on the dumbbell. Not sure what is going on with the row, barely using the hips and some weird wrist flip? But she really does work out fast!!
