I think he knew. As in honest hearts when Joshua hears you are a courier he says he was expecting Another one. However legion spies were always disguising themselves as couriers so.
Its always odd hearing Ulysses outside the game. the AI voices are usually really good, but...he has such a unique way of speaking that people dont seem to be able to recreate.
Ulysses would crumble under the weight of his flawed view if he knew that he just parrots the words of Vault Tec. This path has been walked before and it has shown only failure.
Ulysses has many good points. His methods are brutal. But it’s realistic and prophetic in its own way… society will burn and burn again until it reaches a balance. Sometimes you have to cut the tree down before it falls on you’re house. (No pun intended)
I saw him as a punk who couldn't make personal recompense for telling Ceasar about the dam. He went for courier 6 because he saw himself in them. Just a punk who can't face the mirror.
I like what was attempted here & appreciate the dialogue, However Ulysses seems a bit out of character. He wanted to do away with the old world regurgitations of economics & inequality. His philosophy dictated that human societies are inherently corrupt because human beings are inherently corruptible and commonly unhumane. Ulysses sought to show the courier that by contributing to House's cause, the Legion's or NCR's, you'd still be supporting the old world frameworks of fascism, imperialism or autocracy. Ulysses believed all of these 'choices' are bad choices. Democracy is a messy web of separate entities all trying to exert influence over democracy. Democracy has the means to allow injustice to flourish & the means by which to resist injustice. To debate authoritarianism vs democracy is to argue through the wrong framework. Ceaser made a case that trading political freedoms for security & to impose the laws against personal Liberties through barbarous savagery is a trade worth making. It garnered him many followers. The the freer & richer population of the NCR did not rule through fear necessarily. Sry I could go on lol ua-cam.com/video/EZg1XBjinLw/v-deo.html
if Graham heard the audio logs and how Ulysses was the one who sent the White Legs after New Canaan.....this talk would be much..much shorter.

@@johnathanbread2107 Nah you've got it right bro, he was expecting Ulysses
Both their voices are so iconic 🔥
Love the Characterization of Joshua Graham in this.
It's quite interesting to see how two former legionaires would perceive the path they took up until their confrontation.
I can only imagine Ulysses confusion as "the last stand" starts emanating from Joshua
Love the format but Ulysses def would've heard Graham out with that solid speech check.
Ngl Ulysses sounds kinda like Senator Armstrong
Joshua Graham is a Hero in my book.
This meeting actually makes a LOT more sense.

Beautiful.. This is Definitely New vegas quality.

Ulysses reminds me of senator Armstrong for some reason
its almost the exact same philosophy
I was wondering
He's bat shit insane
Man! Great channel! This would be a legendary DLC
Instead its 2 legendary dlcs lol
Absolute Top Tier stuff right here. Love the Joshua Graham content.
We need a Ulysses read aloud 😢.
I could see Ulysses reading the magna Carta or even Lincoln's address
Somehow better than all of Fo4
Agreed FNV is the best of the series
could do possibly do an episode where Ulysses reads something? he's my favourite character in fallout: nv
AMEN say it again brother!
bedtime stories with Ulysses

Don't fck with Joshua
Amazing
This is pure magic
I wish that this was an option in the game, to have them meet lol
Ulysses is really out of character here.
I know he speaks more tribal than a normal person. I says Caesar normally which every legionary says Caesar
Not enough bulls and bears.
Not really. The only thing wrong is how clearly he's speaking.
I saw him as a punk who couldn't make personal recompense for telling Ceasar about the dam. He went for courier 6 because he saw himself in them. Just a punk who can't face the mirror.
Excellent.
Ulysses talks too fast for this to be believable.
Really liked the ending
Thank you.
Wait this is legit? Where did you get this? Ave true to Niccyan
the beauty of editing ;)
