I use similar Westcott Adler version with 400 L. His 1200 is for outdoors. The Westcott version is also not rated for more than 600watts. So I don’t shoot it with that many pops from my 800 S unless I cut the power
Excellent demo illustrating practical ways this accessory might be used. I have a question about compatibility, as I don't have the 1200 Pro system with separate pack and heads as shown in the demo. Would this accessory work on (for example) a 600 Pro monolight? Would it still produce an even pattern of light, and could the fan keep up with heat accumulation?
Hi Godox! I bought the "MLP-ID" Iris Diaphragm.. but it only included the circle diaphragm, not the holder shown in the video.. is the "holder" for the Iris Diaphragm accessory supposed to be included? Or is that sold separately?
The bfp (for Flash) and the blp (for Led light) are same price, ALMOST same aspect, same bowens mount. I don't see more différence. Why the flash version wouldn't work for LEDs and vice versa ? Thanks !
The BFP (flash) and BLP (LED light) may look similar but are used for different purposes. BFP is used for flash photography while BLP is used for LED light setups. To ensure optimal performance and results, it is therefore recommended that they be used exclusively.
What gobos does this light use? Just purchased the BFP and see some different Godox GOBO sets with the "SA" line.. are those the ones that fit into here? Any better options? Thanks!

It's unfortunate that with the iris attachment you can see the blade shapes in all circle diameters except very large, so you don't get a smooth round circle.
Just got my BFP Projector in today, can confirm it works with the AD-600BM flash! One important thing to note though -- the modeling light on the AD-600BM is so dim that with the BFP you essentially need a dark room to be able to see it (even dimly). As soon as I added a gel to it (admittedly, a dark red one) I wasn't able to see the modeling-light at all

Can we also use the diffusion gels such as Rosco 216 to get a diffused background? with whatever shape it can be. I understand about the colored gels.
