Lemme being honest, I was even surprised by Nayeon's attitude at sixteen era( Don't attack me, I have seen all episodes of sixteen and I'm a once too) , She was very confident everytime even others are shaking in fear . Like she already knew what's going to happen. But let's leave it , it is a past.
As a MY who is following aespa for a while now, I can say that Winter doesn't seem rude to me. Her interactions with the other members and with fans during fan meetings are either her joking around or being very nice and respectful. Saying she's rude because she gave Ning an ugly sweater is like saying your grandma is rude for giving you a piece of clothing that you don't like. Also, they were just having fun. And about the eye roll thing... Is she not allowed to be slightly annoyed at times? If I was forced to always look like my life is all sunshine and rainbows, I wouldn't enjoy that. Her life (an idol's life in general) is so much different from our lives and we don't know what goes on behind the scenes 24/7. But that's just my biased point of view. I don't think she's rude or an attention seeker. Just a little goofball here and there. And that's why I like her a lot!

Sometimes certain fans read far to much into otherwise harmless interactions, falsify evidence by chopping up/editing video clips as proof, maliciously attack idols for showing any emotion that isn't happy, spread misinformation like wild fire and I can go on. This witch hunting isn't for all scenarios clearly but it does happen a lot for both male and female idol groups, for example a simple play fight then suddenly the masses are saying one group member in particular b*llies their other group members. 😃 I swear certain fans never learn, yet want to speak about an idols mental health like they're not contributing to worsening it to begin with.
Naeyon indeed had some superiority complex during early days of her career .. I remember during some kind of event they teamed her up with sungjin and some one else (i forgot who it was .. long time ago ) they made sungjin talk more but Nae 's responses where cold to his jokes and seem like Sungjin was also felt uncomfortable with that .. and it maybe because Day6 considered inferior to other groups in the company during those days .. but i won't blame her though .. she was too young to understand that ...
I agree that winter is spoiled by the company becuz she Always sing the most Always gets the special clothes,but its not her fault somehow the company likes to favoritisim the most popular members
Nayeon and TWICE members constantly joke with each other and often times use rank as part of the joke. It’s harmless and they all laugh at it. If she was what they accuse her of being then they would not have lasted and thrived for the past 7 years. Watching them, you can see the love all members have for each other and it’s truly a wonderful sight to see. Their bond is magical. Once again it’s people writing their own narrative to bring the top GG down. Truly pathetic.
About Winter, the members call her caring and say that she takes care of them and cooks for them when they get sick. She just gets awkward being all cheesy in the camera, and she only plays around with people she really likes. Wtf are wrong with these netizens?😭
The Winter one makes me laugh. She's literally just poking fun with her friends. These netizens must not have friends.

i kinda agree, Nayeon was quite arrogant back in the debut time...
I have two things to say
During Sixteen, there was a lot of evil editing on Mnet’s part (shocker) to make Nayeon the villain. However, during the show, you could see that the other trainees respected her and looked up to her. Nayeon was also the oldest trainee in the competition, had a failed debut, and has a driven and competitive personality. She takes her role as the oldest seriously and looks after the younger members.
You just have to accept that not all group members are friends.
Although I like Nayeon, when she rank her members especially Tzuyu and Jeongyeon I was quite sad and even as a joke I don't think it's funny cause if one of my close friends put me down in a lw rank I will also be quite sad. Maybe it's a inside joke of theirs that we don't know but I think the way she put it can trigger many fans.
It’s interesting about the winter thing and this just proves the misogyny in kpop, but i love key from shinee and whenever he’s forced into doing something, he would often do the same thing as winter. Take the best item for himself, visibly roll his eyes, etc. when he does that it’s funny and charming and but winter, she’s cold and heartless (granted he is also a senior in the industry and everyone will find a way to talk smack about aespa) but i just think it’s weird that it’s so easy for guys to get away with stuff that girls get criticized for
My only issue with Nayeon is that she gets too much time in songs. I’m not saying she’s not talented or whatnot, but that she gets majority of each title track, even more than Jihyo, who’s the main vocalist (and I know Twice vocals aren’t all SM like, but it’s odd in my opinion).
