michaelmas term year II vlog I: moving back to Oxford (feat. re-freshers & a v. special formal)!

I hope you are all doing well and a big welcome to all the new people who have found the channel since my THS video! FINALLY I have managed to get around to editing and uploading the first vlog of this uni year (almost a full month after I originally filmed the footage... can you tell 2nd year has been kicking my ass so far?)! Although I mostly show the fun, positive sides to Oxford in my videos, I think its important to mention that for the past few weeks uni has been incredibly stressful for me (the workload for a Classics IB student is no joke): perhaps unsurprisingly, I got about 3 days into Refreshers before Fresher's Flu decided to strike me down (this year's one seems to have been particularly lethal), and spent the next 2 weeks attempting to balance the Oxford's crazy workload (eg in one week I had 3 essays of roughly 1500 words due on top of my other language assignments )with nursing myself back to health. The start of term is always a bit of a shock to the system but this one has felt especially challenging: if there is anyone who feels the same I send you my full sympathy and solidarity! Hopefully things will start to calm down soon...On a more cheery note, I was lucky enough to be able to attend an Oxford ball last weekend, so watch out for a ball get-ready-with-me video in the next few weeks (feat. some clips of the ball itself ) or whenever I manage to pull together the time to edit! But in the meantime I hope you enjoy this very-late video!

Hello Sabrina! There is something that I badly need your advice on. I am learning Attic Greek on my own and have completed the lessons from JACT's Reading Greek. As advised by the textbook itself, I am now trying to read the collections of texts, also compiled by JACT. I am only reading Greek prose, not verse, but already am feeling myself a hopeless student. Do you have any advice for my case? Should I change texts? If yes, to what should I turn? etc.

What on earth has happened to your masterpiece? Can you please put it back up again, or has it fallen foul of some petty, arcane, UA-cam legalism?
