I love that you've made a lot of blankets and throws lately. Seems that all I want to crochet these days. I guess everyone will get blankets for Christmas. You now have several to choose from. Thank you! I like this one. Pretty and quick.
This is beautiful. I am going to make this now with Yar Bee Effortless Super Bulky in the color of Biscotti. Toward the bottom and top I am going to put a darker stripe. Thank you so much.
I really like this stitch. I crochet for a charity that makes blankets for children. This will be a great stitch because the stitches are close together. We can't use patterns with big blank spots, so thank you. If ok I will use this to make blankets for them
@@LL-xx4iq I crochet with a group. Linus Group - this group collects the blankets we crochet, and then gives them out. There are alot of crocherters. I only hesitate to use another persons pattern. But, it is a good cause, and give comfort to children at a stressful time in their lives.
Looking and looking for an afghan pattern to start that was easy enough for me. I have yarn I need to use. I bought yarn for projects that I am no where near ready for, and I don’t need to just keep buying more. I have watched your tutorials and written it all down in a rough written pattern form for me and I’m giving this one a go. So between your tutorial to reference and my scribbles maybe I can pull this off! Lol I love the look of your afghan! Here’s hoping 🤞🙏
It's Beautiful and you give exact very detailed instructions. You really know how to teach your skill. I'm new at crocheting but I understand what you just taught me and I don't have any anxiety about making this Blanket based on you very detailed instructions. This means everything to someone like me who really want to learn this skill. Thank you.
My list is getting longer. I'm just watching it right now cause my doggy 🐕 is laying beside me in my recliner, snoring so I don't dare disturb him .🥰😆 Thank you so much for your time and patience with this tutorial ❤ 💕 Stay safe and keep going 🧶🧶🧶🧶🧶
Very easy pattern. You have explained it well easy to follow your instructions. A great teacher 👏. Have added to my to do folder. Thanks for sharing another great afghan. Like the color. 🧶🤎💛🧡
I’ve watched this again and every time I watch, it gets more beautiful. My to do list keeps getting longer n longer. You are an exceptional teacher. Thank you Crystal.
Wow.... Crystal does not take a break. Another pretty pretty throw and love the colour and stitch. My to do list of Crystal's projects is getting bigger and bigger but I have to do them. Your tutorials are so clear. Thanks Crystal
I liked the stitch so much that I started my throw using caron soft medium 4 yarn. It's a pretty autumn red and it's coming along. Thank you. I can't wait to finish it, since it's a gift for one of my Grandaughters. She wanted it in red
Thank you so much!!! I can’t wait to make this one!! I was just thinking how I wanted to learn the primrose pattern and then I look on UA-cam, and your tutorial was here! I didn’t even have to search! It was like you were in my head!! You’re the best, Crystal! 💕
I’ve been toying with the idea of venturing away from my worsted weight yarns and try a number six weight throw… This looks great and I love the way you deliver the instructions. Will buy the yarn tomorrow … Thank you.
Crystal i like this stitch a lot. Never heard of it but its very pretty. This will be my next blanket. I love to make blankets. Thanks for the tutorial. Hugs. Donna💙💙💙
Hi Crystal , This stitch is Beautiful when worked up ! ❤ I’m thinking to use it for a baby blanket . I don’t know how to figure out yardage and was wondering if you could give me a idea on the yardage I will need using a 4 weight yarn for a baby blanket ? Thank you
Beautiful stitch. Adding it to my list of projects. Is there a written pattern for this? And will you be adding CC to the video? I’m hard of hearing and often rely on CC to understand what you’re saying. It’s very much appreciated. Thanks 😊
124÷3=41 with a remainder of 1 so the multiple is 3 PLUS 1.For anyone wanting to make this a different size from what Crystal did don't forget to add that 1 stitch at the end of your chain. I just learned this the hard way. When I got to the end of my row 2 I was 1 stitch short and took several minutes to look back at my work for an error because I thought I must have skipped 3 instead of 2 somewhere but NO I hadn't so I frogged the whole darn thing (king size!) and went back to the start of the video and thats when I realized Crystal's count was NOT a multiple of 3 when she stated she started with 124. So now I'm starting over with a multiple of 3 PLUS 1. Love you Crystal and we all make mistakes sometimes. We're all only human. 💙💙💙
@@jeantunes OH wow I don't remember exactly actually but I'll thinking it was at least a dozen skeins on redheart supersaver. I used a 4 weight yarn with a 5.5 mm hook. The reason I know it was at least 12 is because I used all the yarn I had on hand in the colorway I had bought it on sale where if I bought a dozen it was less expensive. I hope this is of some help. Sorry I can't be specific but this was over a year ago and I always have something on my hook so remember a project that Wes probably 10 or more projects ago is not easy for me. I think I need to keep a journal of some sort because this isn't the first time I've been asked a question like this and couldn't give an exact answer. Merry Christmas to you and yours! God bless🙏💛🎁🧑🎄❄️⛄️🎅🤶☃️🎄
I'm watching the tutorial thinking I'll make a swatch first, then see this comment. Very helpful to find before starting 👌 thanks for the heads up as I also like making BIG blankets 🙏
This is my next afghan! 🎉❤🎉 And I have the perfect yarn 🧶! 🥰
