UPDATE: I spoke with the Chaos Audio team and they're already working on a fix for the app anomaly with the presets. For now, if you load your pre-sets from the Library instead of the pedal board, they will load correctly. App will be updated on the different app stores ASAP.
I would want the drive before the amp and the reverb in the effects loop. I would just want to use it for one thing but never be able to decide wich lol. Maybe put all your loop effect in it like a reverb and delay.
Yes, in Live Mode (which I’ll show in another video) you will have each pedal represented as an led at the top (different colors) and you’ll stop the knob (it’s clickable) to switch to the next in line, then use the foot switch to turn off or on a certain effect. Check out their site as the have some demos there. Thanks for watching! 😃👍🏻
I talked about that a bit in this but will expand on it later. It has two modes, live mode, and master mode. In master, the foot switch turns off and on the entire chain / pedal board you have loaded and in live mode you can control each individual effect (“pedal”) you have in the chain using the knob (foot switchable) and the dedicated foot switch. You can have up to 7 pedals running at a time, depending on the processing needed, as the CPU can only handle so much. So, that means you can have “up to” 7 in series, depending on which ones you’re using. Theoretically, you could drop your board and use only Stratus. Thanks for watching! 😃👍🏻
Sounds awful. A year ago I would have been excited by this. Today, I’m so tired of needing two items for a guitar pedal… The pedal and my phone. Great toy for newbies and for super convenience but..yawn for me. It’s taken me thousands to learn the lesson but you really get what you pay for. I just dropped $1400 on a custom 2x12 cab (KWcabs) it’s amazing. Just got the Meris Mercury X…holy hell. I discovered my ampero I way back in 2019 and was pumped because I couldn’t afford a helix. It served a purpose. But I keep dropping $100~$150 (or less) on “mid” pedals trying to save a buck, only to sell them at a loss and then do it again ultimately spending $2000 and having $800 worth of mediocre sounds. No more!! Buy less and less often but buy the highest quality and highest fidelity effects and really enjoy your sound!! I’m a bedroom player so it’s for me. I get these devices and for a bar gig…things like this can be lifesavers!
Totally get it. While I don’t think it. Sounds “awful”, your feelings on it are fully valid. I can’t tell you how many things in photo/video/guitar that I’ve had the same experience with 😂 This is a cool platform for people who need a multi effect situation, and are early adopters. I mean, sometimes I’ve bought a tripod because it was cheaper, but I end up buying the more expensive version, because I should’ve bought the best from the start: The team behind it are super talented and focused, and that’s a big thing with me. I appreciate your feedback and for watching the channel!
@@VaporTrailChannelthis is my first “sounds awful” comment too. I see them and I often think poorly of that person 🤣. I understand the variables and translation over a phone as well. It sounds awful… 🤣. But perhaps not so bad in person 🤷🏼♂️
I just bought an MC6 PRO to use with my Stratus, are these settings still available to use? Also is it possible to configure the MC6 to load one of my own presets showing the individual pedals within it so I could turn them on and off individually by midi rather than use stompbox mode? Very new to midi so please explain this as if I was a child 😂
LOL...yea, I feel ya there. I'm not a MIDI pro either. Your best bet is to contact Landon at Stratus, as he's very proficient in that dept. I think they make those settings available to those who ask. I still haven't gotten the MIDI hooked up for mine. Thanks for watching! 😃👍🏻

I freaking love it Tony my friend!!!!👊😁👉💯👈🔥🔥
Thank you voidman!

Yea, that’s a quandary I’ve pondered. I’ll be talking with their team as I go along, so we’ll see what can be done! Thanks for watching! 😃👍🏻
Tuner? That would make it all in 1!
With one switch, how do you change between various settings live? Suppose you have six preset sounds, can you switch between them?

It also has a support for midi so there you go you can have your effects set on a midi pedal
I'm curious. Can you run all the effects at once or just one effect . This would be a nice pedal to have to replace with everything on a pedal board.

@@VaporTrailChannel sorry did not catch that part.
@@keithconner not a problem at all! Thank you for watching
2 questions! Are you a RIDE fan? Also would love to know how this compares to the Eventide H9 and the newer H90
Not sure...I'll have to look into the RIDE thing. As for the H9 or H90, I've never tried one, but now I'm intrigued! Thanks for watching! 😃👍🏻

@@pbosche lol 😂 no problem dude. I’m all about feedback and am always interested in what you think. Thank you, again, for watching!
It sounds like a freaking mess because you’re running delay and reverb into the front end of a highly overdriven amp. Geez man.
You are absolutely right. I've since used it in my effects loop, and with an FRFR speaker.
