That's not how it works bud. It's usually a job from someone or peddaling influence. US does a good job limiting corruption but legal corruption like lobbying or large donations should be tackled and is the bigger problem here - people with money have outsized influence - not a big hidden conspiracy theory it's openly known and documented in court.

The Duong’s (not sure if it’s the same family or different) ALSO own Danny’s recycling in Santa Clara. If it is the same, seems like these people have a massive monopoly on everything in the Bay Area in regards to waste and recycling
They pick up about a third of San Jose’s trash and recyclables also and run the recycling facility where their trucks unload. When they received part of San Jose sanitation contract in 2012 all the management that started there is long gone, it became a revolving door of hiring and firing at the terminal where trucks are dispatched.

The FBI should serve subpoena's to the Mayor, the DA, the City Council and City Hall dept. heads both past and present. They are all participants in the downward spiral of the City of Oakland. Oh and don't forget that federal monitor of the Oakland police department who's become a millionaire and is still keeping it going 20 years later with nothing to show for it.
If you are rich, then you should stay away from politicians. Otherwise, you could have trouble.

FBI should be looking at Centennial Colorado and the (now former) Republican city councilman that extorted me on January 17, 2017 and the (now former) Arapahoe County Sheriff who received at least $10,000 in campaign financing from him. This city councilman threatened there would be wrongful death lawsuits involving Vitamin E in THC products. In 2019 and 2020 over 2800 Americans were hospitalized and 68 were killed by exactly this poisoning in black market vapes. When the city councilman was asked how he would know if I had bought these products he said "Because I'll be the one who sells it." The city councilman had also agreed to influence Donald Trump to legalize hemp on my behalf and then threatened I could never use it because it would be a 'benefit' of the criminal mass poisoning conspiracy. Donald Trump legalized hemp in the 2018 Farm Bill.
