I was a prison Correctional Officer in the state of California .
I spent years talking with inmates from south of the boarder.
One inmates summed this up perfectly .
"There's nothing left to steal back home .
Americans see us as people in need .
We is them as , people with something we can steal " .

Mt daughter tried to go to ER and hospital was full so she had to drive another 30 minutes to next ER. They are filling up our hospitals, dental clinic and we pay for all of it, both financially and socially.

I went into shock from the pain and it took for me to collapse before they opened me up…BP 60/40! About eleven inches had died and they had to put me in an induced coma for 20 hours to see how much more will die off….so quite a bit more was lost! I spent five days in ICU very sick but I am blessed to have survived! While I was in an induced coma, my brother passed away from cancer! I am happy I saw him before he passed away! So yes, people are dying and sick kids with appendix bursting from wait times! Many are pretty angry with the open border policy! I am sure, that soon enough many Countries will be the same…..good citizens who pay taxes are paying the price now! Stay healthy and all the best to you and your loved ones💌

It took me 10 years to become a legal American citizen. Had to go through 3 different types of status before finally being naturalized. It took my son another 10 years from the asylum (the real reason) to legal citizenship.

This is such a lame and skewed reporting. I’m a Chinese American and independent voter who did not vote for Trump in 2020, nor did I ever care to listen to his speeches cuz I didn’t like the way he talked. But I have since learned my lesson. Donald Trump is not racist Iike I thought he was when I only looked at headlines and watched edited clips in the media. Now, after I’ve listened and watched his full interviews and full speeches, along with seeing his track record, a different person has emerged for me that is not what the media portrays him to be. When he says “they’re letting the rapists and criminals come over our borders”, he is not saying literally all the people who cross are rapists and criminals. Just think…if you know how! If you have 10 million undocumented entries, how many of them could be rapists, criminals, or terrorists? It’s a mathematical probability problem. Even if only 1% of them are, just a wildly conservative percentage I’m throwing out, how many is that?! If you can’t figure it out, use your calculator app! It’s all about perception. If your mind is already contaminated by the media even if only subliminally, you will perceive things from that perspective, no matter what you hear Donald Trump say.

I’m from NY originally, college educated, professional career, earn 6 figures, own a condo in Denver and my Spanish is not bad either. I am very proficient in computer skills, etc. I would never live in NYC because I’m not capable of earning enough to be comfortable there. I lived in Colombia, many people never got past 6 grade and they don’t speak the language. They also have children, I don’t own a pet. NYC will need to take care of them into perpetuity.

When I lived in Colombia Bogota and Medellin I saw Mercedes, BMW, Maserati dealerships etc. There are plenty of successful people down there. They aren't marching through a jungle to go to NYC. If they grew up with all of that and spoke the the langauge and still ended up with kids they can't afford to feed then they are not sending their best.
