Saab 9-3 TiD 16v Alternator replacement - Actually not that bad of a job

After the original Bosch 140Amp alternator decided to take its own life at 232k km, I had to replace it. From experience on replacing alternator on a 9-5, I set aside about 3 hours to do it on the 9-3. But I actually managed to replace it in under 1 hour. So this job was far from the worst.
Car in this video is a 2009 Saab 9-3 Vector TiD 16v 150Bhp Z19DTH manual 6 spd wagon LHD.
