if your game does not work, simply delete the 5 files from the main directory, it worked for me.

It will support Single Play and Free and Party mode in both Live and Lan.

This happens because you have version 1.07 of GTA IV and it's a lot harder to install the trainer on there. But it's definitely possible. I did it.

If installing this trainer. BACKUP the original files before you replace them in case of game problems. You will also need another download or two. Read the README.DOC in the Trainer's files. It's deep in there, search for Installation Instructions and read from there

@bxdengie just uninstall the trainer and/or go and take your saves from your GTA Folder.

@sclock2 Perhaps your laptop has a integral numpad that you activate with the Function (Fn) key and a Num Lock key. My laptop has this and when Num Lock is on, JKL is 123, UIO is 456 etc

If you have laptop without numpad then download a program wich can switch letters to keys. Like j>8 ...

GTA 4 is crashing? I had the same problem but I found out that if you go to your GTA 4 main file on your hard drive then you go to launch GTA4 you right click and run as administrator. It should work then.

Just start it again and again and again, like i do it 3 times, and then it works.
You will get used to it.
If that doesn't work, remove the files, and it will work
