I have recently started my health journey and believe me i have already started to realize that once you start counting your calories and want to stick to your budget, you tend to make healthy choices because eventually you realize a packet of chips has same calories that 2 eggs would have (just for example purpose don't take it literally) so you would choose 2 eggs as that would be more filling and would provide better nutrition value
When you think that some foods are bad..you instantly crave more.. you get more obsessed that you cant have it ..healthy diet n following diet which is convenient for you is important

Bhai what about food additives in the processed foods like artificial dyes, flavouring agents, preservatives, thickeners etc. Although only excessive amounts of these will negatively affect the health. I think u should mention these also along with the processed less nutritious food items. And not just limiting to macro n micros. The same applies to plant based food also there r other imp. components in them also .. like phytochemicals etc. which have benefits in long terms. Kuch prakash idhar bhi daalne ki kripa kre... But what about people who used to live in the woods long ago or in mountains, they were so much fit that they can take down many persons. I remember once Khabib said that "I'm a mountain guy, there is water there is the bread I can live with these." Can you put some light on this whole topic?
Most of that old people use to do high amount of calorie burning. Life was not this easy and lazy. Khabib khud bohot sara khata hoga protein and everything hume chutiya bna rha h

Yes, he's right. There's no good or bad calorie. But there's good or bad foods. No one will argue that sugar is good for you. In any way. Your hunger levels and your fullness can be very highly affected by the foods you choose. Probably not for everyone but as someone who had insulin resistance directly caused by foods high in carbs and sugar its true that bad nutrients will leave you hungry, feeling groggy and might lead you to diabetes in the end.
