I eat oats, peanut butter ,milk, chicken, chapati, chana sattu, seasonal fruits, dates, almonds, eggs ,whey protein, creatine , omega 3, vit D. After seeing this video i am going to include mix veggies and curd in my diet.
1.) Eat Plants 2.) Ear A variety of plants 3.) Eat colourful vegetables (polyphenols) 4.) Consume Probiotics (instead of large quantities at once, consume small quantities frequently - 5 to 6 times per week. Only consume before meals or along the meals but not after the meal as they will get killed with stomach acid during the digestion process)

One day water wasting. Fennel seeds with ginger tea in morning. 😅😅😅 Strictly vegetarian n if everything goes in correct direction soon i m going to be a vegan😊

This is what I eat a day :- Onion for Prebiotic. Curd for Probiotic. Tomatoes, cucumber, bananas, walnuts and almonds for Fibre. 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM - Sleeping. 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM - workout. 3 Major meals and 2 protein shake with banana a day. Life has totally changed from last one and half month.
According to Ayurveda dahi ki tasheer thandi hoti hai to hume dahi dinner ke time means after sunset nhi khani chahiye lunch kaa time best hota hai dahi khane ke liye ❤
