Wow beautiful car, awesome job retrofitting that interior. It’s trippy seeing the s550 interior in a Foxbody. Best of both worlds, that car must be a rocket with the light weight of the Fox and the coyote with a 10r80, a dream car for a lot of people. 😳🤟🏻👍🏻

It's crazy how well the interior is done, it looks like it could came that way. I also like the oldschool wheel design but a more modern larger diameter, l9ve the whole concept
I always loved this Cobra/Mustang model! Subtle, but cooler than its older brother!! I bought a 1988 5.0 GT convertible w/5 spd. transmission during my junior year in high school!! Originally it was a maroon color, with grey cloth seats and a black top. It was stolen within a few months of me buying it, so when it was recovered my insurance company paid it off and I kept it!! And the 10A tells me , this thing is ready to fly to the moon! Sorry stick shift lovers ( my self) the 10A is a absolute beast.
Since the steering is so sensitive I usually put it in comfort steering mode that slightly reduces that tendency to over correct.. It’s not just that the car has potential to be dangerous but I’m sure a ton of accidents were caused by over correcting while driving fast into a curve!! I’m sure the Gen 3 coyote would be rather potent and scary in the weee little Fox Body!!
Looked awesome!! Totally addressing the sore spot of those cars. The ultra lame 80’s interiors. Maybe not lame but very very plain and uncomfortable!! Don’t know how comfortable the Recaro seats are but the leather/alcantara seats are very very comfortable!! My hip nor my knee hurt on longer trips.. Luxury feel plus heated and cooled seats.. Not sticky in the summer or freezing cold in the winter and if your back hurts the heat feels great!!
Furd has always had terrible steering programming. I nearly Got into a slow accident when my steering rack failed on my 2013 gt and started turning the wheel by itself in different directions. Dumb system programming on furds parts and I see now why there are so many mustang crashes nowadays.
I put a 4th gen camaro dash, seats and center console in my old third gen camaro. Ls swapped and all the gauges worked and everything. Turned alot of heads
@@PuristMotorsports I actually put the rearend from a 4th gen and also had the full wiring harness from headlights to taillights. That's the only third gen I've seen that you could just slap a ls in and plug it up and everything worked

I just love these cars. IMO they are the greatest blank canvas to modify to whatever extent you want or leave stock and still have a blast. My '91 hatch and '89 coupe are my two favorite cars I've ever owned. Big nod to the workmanship on the car but especially that interior.
You get it. 👊I’ve seen writers comment that the 79-93 Fox Mustang is like the tri 5 Chevy. One of the most popular to modify back in the 60’s and 70’s. From Gassers to street terrors.
That’s a serious commitment and follow-through. Clean and powerful. I haven’t liked the look of the Mustangs since they first went retro in 2005 but power trains were good. As a former 91 GT owner, this car hits a sweet spot for me…my old classic body style with the newer power train.
I'll have to say that the 05-14 styling really didn't suit me. Saleen did a great job with the 05-09 cars. A lot of "boomers" went nuts over the 05 retro styling. I dig the S550 more both outside and in. The builders did a killer job with this one. Which is why we're going to do a full feature on it in the near future.
