Last time we had some trouble opening up the Rotrex unit to expose the gears. Nothing too crazy, it's cool to see how it all works. Hope yall enjoy!

Kraftwerk stated that banging off the rev limiter and using 2 step launch control will break blower

Thanks for the video's I tried opening my C30.94 when my propeller Broke I opened the oil side a little by mistake which I had to seal up again with some ht sealant, but I took of the housing side and changed the propeller works good now

Just stumbled on your video searching c38 issues. I have a friends supercharged e36 with the rotrex c38 and i think its not boosting properly. I know your wheel snapped off but what were you experiencing before it snapped and you decided to finally remove it? I have a feeling his is on the verge of the same thing since his i feel is not getting enough boost and plugs look like it is running rich.
Edward garcia sorry I’m barely seeing this. I heard a faint scraping noise for a couple months before it snapped. I always wanted to look and find whatever it was making the noise. Unfortunately I found it too late.
Rotrex is a great product. Idk why yours broke but it a fluke. You should have contacted Rotrex! It’s definitely junk now
anyone with knowledge on these superchargers,got a bike with 1300cc, its a hayabusa reving to close to 11k, i want to know how u read the numbers on the supercharger and wich one to chose to get the amount of hp to b,,,h slap a kawasaki H2r

Zion2030 hey welcome back! My issue had nothing to do with the gears. My issue was the input bearing and the impeller. The impeller literally snapped off the shaft. :/ I have no clue as to what your issue may be.
Too bad. I have the same supercharger in my e36. Fortunately mine still works. Thanks for the info.

How much to just buy a new Rotrex Supercharger - I know you said you will never buy one again. But lots and lots of people have had no problems. But problems do happen.
So what did you end up doing?
Slingshot Houston never bought one again lol. It’s like $1800 to buy a new c30-94 unit. I ended up getting a career job and I’m saving my money for a house. However I do have some stash cash I want to drop, I may get a turbo soon. :). Thanks!

Was there a way to replace the bearing where the bolt and adapter ring connect?
Kyler Talik from what I saw, it is but it requires very specialized work. You would need a bearing press and of course the new high rated bearing. You would also have to make sure it’s aligned and balanced. Hard to do if you don’t have the equipment. Thanks for watching!

Tommy Mccoy I probably will since I had to buy a replacement blower in November and this ones already kind of messed up.
