What boost you are expecting with 110mm pulley? I have c38-81 and 110mm, it makes 0.8 bar at 8k rpm, and 360bhp. I bought 100mm pulley too, but still not sure should I mount it or not, not sure how much boost I will get and will my engine take that.
What is your experience of this kit? Sind people in German told, that many American people told, that the rotrex charger are cheap and Get damaged after 3500 miles.. Whats Do you say?
Phillip Lang I've had to have a new Rotrex charger, but it was replaced under warranty. Most of the people that have issues are overspinning the charger, which you SHOULD NOT DO.
i just fitted id1000 aswell. the pins from oem plug didnt like going in the ones supplied from id however. they seemed a little bigger. ill give it another go though
had a crack today at this.....got them in with some force....the red locking clips wouldnt clip down on the uscar connectors though. Did yours go on ??

Did you notice much difference in temps with oil cooler, as a lot or abit 👍🏼
I dont know if I can help you but the oil cooler is for the compressor.It doesn't cool the engine oil

does the oil cooler work when it is sandwiched between the intercooler and radiator ?

Make sure you put them into the ID connectors the right way around. I believe they might be the other way around.

It started life as a 600 x 280 x 76 (mm) RMD intercooler. But its been highly modified.

I’m sorry ... but the welds on that intercooler are fucking terrible.
