i am a student who just wants to take notes and do a bit of drawing without having to rob a bank. Also, my entire family has been using samsung for a very long time, so, I think I will pick it up as my first tablet.

@@zekeyeager6836 I would say yes, if you dont need any specific apps that are not available on Android. For general studying and note taking it seems really good, you also could pair it with a small bluetooth keyboard.
Its not really strong enough for the most high-end android titles out there, but if you just play casual games then the S6 lite is going to be great for you.

1) One UI is awesome.
2) I love that they did not add an AMOLED display on a tablet. (burn in issue)
3) Samsung apps are really well built (including their browser and especially Notes app).
1) Fair point, everybody has a different taste. I am more a fan of stock android or something like OnePlus approach.
2) Burn-in with OLED on mobile devices is not really an issue anymore. Millions of mobile OLED devices are currently sold every year from big brands like Samsung and Apple. There is a reason why they put OLED in their mid-tier to high end stuff.
3) Yes they are, and the do work great with the pen. I just do not like that you are forced to have them installed.
@@LICHTCATCHINGTOBY you can delete them. Apple also adds a bunch of their apps to an iPad, but nobody complains for some reason.

I was going to get the tab S6 (not the lite) and I hate how saturated the colors were. I will ve mainly using it to draw. I already have an ipad pro but really like penup. I am thinking of getting the lite soon.
Im actually excited now because on my birthday which is on October I'm getting this tablet with the pen! I'm actually super excited this is a good Samsung galaxy tablet!!!

Personally I have both the Microsoft surface pro as well as the IPad 2018 pro as I’m not a fan or very familiar with android. But I bought this one based on the included pen because of its price and I have to say that I absolutely love this little thing and find myself using it much more than I do my larger, more expensive devices. Very, very happy I bought this one!

Everyone here in Italy bitches that it's laggy. Is it really that bad? I mean, I don't mind waiting 2-3 seconds to open an app
@@OriDMT I really dont experience any lag at all, apps open extremely fast everything I use is super smooth. Are these people talking about heavy gaming? Thats the only scenario where I could imagine lag, as the graphics performance is not top notch.
LICHTCATCHINGTOBY I’m not a gamer so I can’t comment but for drawing, UA-cam, animation and general apps I’m getting zero lag with mine.

Haha i have never heard that question before :D Well its a quite common (but strong) Austrian / German accent, so i do not think there is really a way to learn it. Just look up Germans / Austrians speaking English, a lot of them sound similar to me.

I'm a student with a relatively low budget so this review helped me a lot. I believe the pre-installed Notes app is great, but do you have any other ones to suggest that support text-highliting and images in notes ?

Hello. In the LTE version, are there 2slots one each for SD card and sim. Or is there only 1 slot to use one of these at a time?
You can use a LTE sim and a micoSD on the same time.

Hi I have a question regarding tab s6 lite if it is worth it for long term use.
Thats always hard to say, as i cant predict the future. The good thing is that the S6 Lite already got Android 10, even a little bit sooner than other tablets. It even got a quick update regarding double2wake, so it seems like Samsung cares about this device. The build quality of the device is good and should last you long. If you dont use high-performance hungry apps, the power of the device will be good enough for the next couple years.

Depends on what clips you are using. For some simple smartphone/tablet recordings it should be fine. For anything fancier, like 4k or high bit rate footage I would definitely use something else.

yes you can, I used a bluetooth keyboard to type this reply, plus i also use a bluetooth mouse with the tab 6 lite.
Does LTE version allows calling also???
Yes, making phone calls is possible with the LTE version. But i am not sure if that feature is based on your region.

Its really good! Not the best out there, but its fine for the price.
I was pleasantly surprised! I have oled in my phone and prefer watching on the tablet. It is probably due to bigger size, but the display is sharp and clear. It is almost obnoxiously bright. I have the brightness almost all the way down and sometimes that.is even too bright.

What is the tip/np of pen of s6 lite (with which we touch the display) made up of? Can you please answer it correctly.

As if is made up of rubber it make wear of easily and it also doesn't come with replacement tips in the box. That's why I'm concerned about the material used in the tip/nib of the s6 lite tab. Can you please answer it for me.
I would say it is made out of rubber, but I cant say for sure. Any idea how i could test it?
And yes, it sucks that there are no replacement tips. All i can is that I use this tablet on a daily basis and havent noticed any note worthy wear.

Yes it does support fast charging, but the charger it comes with doesnt offer fast charging. I do use a fast charger from Anker, i can give you the link if you want.
I have a samsung 25 watt charger of my samsung mobile.. if I use that it will charge quicker right

For drawing and animating its really good thanks to the great pen. Gaming depands, high demanding games like Fortnite are not so great on the tablet. Typical games are fine.

I wanna buy a tablet for study purpose, that is watching videos and making notes... I m looking for a durable one... I am confused between ipad 7 generation and samsung tab s6 lite.. Also i wanna ask if the samsung pen is smooth enough for making notes?
Well the most obvious difference is the operating system, do you enjoy iOS or Android more? Overall both devices are really good and durable (you will probably get longer update support on the iPad though) One clear plus point for the S6 lite is that the S-Pen comes with it, you would need to buy a separate one for the iPad.

Unfortunately I never used a Apple pencil before, so i cant compare them. All i can tell you is that the S-Pen is really great. My girlfriend is a graphic designer, she is normally used to the top-notch Walcom quality and she also just loves the S-Pen on this tablet.

Also I went ahead to chat with the customer service and they told me that I have to buy the s pen tip replacement as they do not provide them this time round. Quite ridiculous when even the budget tab a8 with s pen 2019 is provided with some.
