I am typing this on my S9+ FE and i can say through my multitasking, media consumption almost all day long, brightness on high, hasnt skipped a beat. I absolutely recommend! I love this and it was a great upgrade from my S7 FE

@@doctor_em I got the S9+ FE because it is the same size and the S7 FE. I enjoy the tad larger screen . I haven't noticed a delay in processing
It's a downgrade from S7FE on SOC which is important for performance and etc etc 😢

I have a plan to buy a Tablet Ipad or Galaxy Tab. Now Galaxy Tab is better and the price is more affordable and the Samsung Dex are awesome and the More specs good job Samsung Galaxy Tab and also the pen together sold than the competitor is separate

Buddy, does your Samsung TABLET have free MS Office ? Somebody told me in tablets, one always have to buy MS365 yearly subscription only to use MS Word !!
I was thinking of getting a S7fe but was concerend about the kack of software and securiety patches as it is 2 years old and from what i understand it will only get android 15 and 14 is on the way before the end of the year from what i have read !
I dont think this is a good upgrade from S7FE.
My S7fe i can connect to an external monitor and use Dex.
All these products have hit the wall. Watch, tablets, phone.
You can buy this years model of everything, keep for 5 years and not miss any significant design features

@@blingqueen115 if you're on a budget, yeah. Let's keep in mind however, the fe is not an apex device. You get the S9+ tab and it's no different in terms of practical use from the tab 7.
The GS22U phone is literally the same as the GS24U. Literally!

Ordered this tablet today, pretty excited. I was concerned about the Exynos 1380 chip, but since im mostly gonna note-take i assume it will be fine.
I went with the FE+ as I am only using it for Reading, Note taking and watching videos for my studies. It's perfect for me!

I think what killed the FE for me was it cannot project to the TV. It's sad I have to pay that much more for the 9+ but it's something I want/need.

Yes. You can use both devices as a 2nd screen but only s9+ has the capability to extend and project its screen to a tv/pc @@syednizam6984

Well, i was planning on getting the s8, but after watching this, i'll go for the s9 fe. It is 150 bucks less than the s8, the only specs worse than the plus model are display size, battery and ram. I wont play that much so i think i will use it for some years til i can buy a new one by myself.

I was actually considering this as it seems to be snappy enough. But since I used Dex alot on my phone and was going to do that with a tab instead, this idea is dead as you can't use a external monitor. That is just bad from Samsung. I was gonna use both the tab for dex and external display when needing/wanting a bigger display size. Gonna keep looking for a used S8+ instead I think. They are hard to come by around here though, unfortunatly, and new is crazy expensive still...

I was looking to upgrade from my s7fe and glad the s9fe is crippled. With the promotion they had for the trade in and flash sale for the 512gb s9+ for Canadian Thanksgiving, I was able to get more than what I paid for the s7fe for the trade in and upgrade to the s9+ for just $550 cad (roughly $400 usd)
@@jiayaw or just buy samsung monitor & tvs so u wont need an adapter. If moneys nt an issue. Its ecosystem forcing us to do that

@@theWolfyugo Does that actually work well? I do have a chromecast but whenever I've tried casting from the PC to TV it seems to have a bit of delay, so using the mouse was terrible. I suppose another Android device would work better, so I guess it could be a good option.

Camera? Why not buy smartphone instead?
But, if you insist with tablet, go to ipad or if samsung tablet is a must, tab s8 is still better than this "doubled" camera s9FE+..

Never used a tablet But felt like I want One as I Do a lot of media consumption and lots of reading for my job.
I hate 60Hz as all my other devices are 90+
iPad Pro is to expansive for something Im not even sure I want
Tab S9 is great But also a bit on the Expensive side.
So I went for the S9 FE. Got it for a decent price with discounts etc, around 150$ less than Tab S9 for the 256gb/8gb ram vs 128gb/8gb ram.
Apart from the No video output (Which is stupid tbh, my Galaxy s3 could Do it haha) it seems awesome!

Are there any issues using this tablet as a display extension for a windows laptop?
I'm trying to decide between the S9 Plus and the S9FE Plus. I only use my tablet for reading books (Kindle) or the Marvel app to read comic books, email and streaming movies on the various apps (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount+, Prime Video, etc.). Looking to get the best value for my money.

@@AnimeVibeHarmony That is my initial thought, but the only reservation is you can't cast with it. Sometimes I do like to cast the video to a wider screen (TV or portable screen). But at 12", I don't REALLY need to cast actually.
I went with the S9 FE Plus. It had the feature that I wanted which was Smart View, where I can broadcast to my Samsung TV if I want. THAT was the main issue for me. I love the Tab and it does what I need. The 9+ would have been great, but would have had a LOT of features I would NEVER use.@@AnimeVibeHarmony

@mark8851 Yes, Tab S9 FE+. Does EVERYTHING I NEED IT TO. My main question was Smart Share with my Samsung TV. It does so I'm good.

I’m looking this tablet a the Verizon store. I have IPads. But I use mine for work. The problem with Ipads is there browser and other browsers on iPad wont opened certain webpages. The Tab opens every webpage I need for work. The funny thing is the IPad is the recommended tablet.

Yes. I had the s6 lite, purchased in 2020, used mainly for taking notes, streaming, reading and light gaming. I exchanged it for tab s9 fe plus, absolutely worth it. Much snappier, much better display, android 13, no lags. Totally worth it.

#sakitech Question,.. In the video you mention with "dex" on the tablet, you can use a mouse... Than you go back with one clicj to the android interface.. Then, my question is.. As I don't like to work with my fingers as it's not to pinpointing... Can I use the mouse in the android interface ?? I don't know if I would use it.. As I can work in the 'dex'.. But,.. Myabe I buy a lenovo tablet,.. and then I also would like to use a mouse..
That's really an awesome comparison video. I wish I would have seen this rather than other stupid comparisons before I bought S9 FE. I bought the tab mostly for my presentations and lectures, as I couldn't connect it to a HDMI projector, I was searching what's wrong with my new tablet. Now, after watching this very practical comparison, I know that I made a big mistake. Why I didn't come across this video before buying it. Man is there any hack to connect my S9 FE to HDMI projector? This will be a great help, as I don't want to spend money again on a new tab.

After testing it out myself for a short time I just didn't like it. I could have got any tablet so I thought this time that I wanted to get the big one. After using it and traveling with it, a 12 inch tablet just seemed too big and awkward to carry around. The 10.9 seemed to hit the sweet spot of size (the size of most modern hardcover novels) while not being too big and bulky but at the same time offering more room than any phone. As awkward as the + was I felt that I might as well just take the laptop along if I needed that much extra space to work.

@hallowas1457 I did I bought the S8 its been running smooth I do truck dispatching so it really holds up alot of my apps and I am constanly on a Skype call with my coworkers when charged to 100 I work from 6 am to 3 pm sometimes later and by 3 I usually have like 30 something left of battery charge. I am literally on it all day and it never lags or anything.

Serius bummer that external display cannot be connected via USB-C and that Dex cant cast to a TV or monitor. Huge deal breaker for me as i use my Tab S7 with an external monitor in Dex mode quite a bit throughout my work day.
Sounds to me that this decision is only made because this tablet will steal away sales for their flagship tab s9 series

How the heck can it not display out over hdmi? That makes no sense. My phones can do that with the cable i have. Is it just not while using DeX? Or is it just a black image if you even try?

In minute 08min40s the man on this canal calls that do not is possible use a cable adapter for presentations on a monitors and projectors.

Bro i bought the S9 FE plus 5G variant, Just have one question to you. The S-Pen which we get along with the tab is not able to connect with my Tab is that ok or it's a defective S-Pen ? because in there official website it has mention that you can use that using Air command to connect with your S-pen. Can you please tell me your S-pen is also not able to connect with your tab, is it normal ?
This is because the S-pen that comes with the Fan Edition of Samsung tablets does not use Bluetooth, so the pencil does not require charging and any device that has the function of supporting an S-pen, you can use it with that another device. The S-pen that comes with these tablets is not bad, but it is not the one with which you can change slides by pressing the button and it only works when relatively close to the screen.
I have one doubt is s9fe + can use second monitor with samsung laptop or duplicate monitor or extension of laptop monitor ??
