This is my favourite work out by far. I struggle with my forward head posture (due to ankylosis spondylitis) and my ears were almost over my shoulders at the end of this workout. Amazing ♥️
I like to add resistance to my workout when I feel in good shape. Congratulations Beth for your 100k suscribers. I would love a resistance band pilates challenge !
Amazing I suffer with fibromyalgia and this was so good for me not to hard just shows how my muscle memory has been lost but with this I'm sure I will get it back! Thank you
This is the jam while on lockdown. In fact, I've done Beth's Trifectas daily since I was made to stay home from work 10+ days ago. And very often long before that. This is my go-to resistance band video. It's amazing. Also exhausting at times. ; ) Thank you, Beth, for this and everything else!
Hi Trifecta 👋🏻 My core is strong enough, I can do plank, head stand but for some reason I can’t roll down slowly and roll up slowly from a seated position. Could you please recommend exercises or a technique to make it happen 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
The beauty (and challenge) of Pilates. This most likely has to do with spinal articulation and mobilization. You can try moving with classes where we move slower, bend the knees, or work on more mobility work for the back.

This was great. I like to incorporate some strength training into my weekly workout routine and this was a nice change from using dumbells!
It is nice to mix it up between traditional weights and bands.
