Loki's line was left "blank" because they couldn't come up something that did justice for a final line. Tom took a walk thinking about what could be the line and remembered his last line from Thor 1 and immediately ran back to tell others about it. They loved it and made it last line in his Arc.
Honestly the only thing that could have made it better is if Loki was never made because we turned back the clock and Disney sold Marvel to ensure it wouldn't be driven face first into the ground and beaten harder than a dead horse 🖤
As a Trekkie walking into the theater, I told my wife I expected three things out of the 2009 movie: 1) Explain Kirk's the middle name Tiberius. 2) Explain the nickname Bones. 3) Feature Captain Pike. I got all three.
The ‘old lady’ in When Harry Met Sally was director Rob Reiner’s mother... Dr. Leonard H. McCoy in the Star Trek franchise was called "Bones" in reference to surgeons being referred to as ‘sawbones’ for obvious reasons. The term was first coined by Charles Dickens in his book The Pickwick Papers and has been a idiom ever since...
Yeah, I believe Urban ad-libbed it but they should have cut it. In TOS they called McCoy Bones for the reason you state, and it added to the show’s authenticity. In the 2009 movie it felt like taking down to the audience (the audience will never accept obscure naval traditions, they need a simple, quick explanation!).
People by nature are easily swayed and generally keep themselves in the shallow mis and uninformed end of the pool to wit entertainment panders handsomely. I’m not a big fan of fiction preferring real fact and genuine history over fantasy. Storytellers like to embellish putting their own ‘spin’ on the tale under the guise of ‘artistic-license’ which in earnest nothing more than self-granted permission to be deceitful...
The plane scene in Wayne's World wasn't actually done with a real plane, it was a small model filmed from underneath Mike Myers explained in an interview in the 90s
Garth's line in the German version is much funnier imo: "Sag mal, findest Du Bugs Bunny eigentlich heiß oder magst Du lieber die Playboy-Bunnys mit ihren großen Ohren?" "Say, do you think Bugs Bunny is hot, or do you prefer the Playboy-Bunnies with their big ears?"
is this AI reading this or is it someone who is not watching the vid.. or understand english??? " every single DINNER "?? I think you ment to say Diner..
Next time you do these, please hire a legit voiceover talent. I don't know if this is AI or just somebody who can't read, but there are so many mispronounced words ("dinner" for "diner", "yippee-ki-yee" for "yippee-ki-yay", etc.)
"WHEN THA F*** DID WE GET ICE CREAM??"
One of the GREATEST movies of all TIME!!!!!!
Easily the funniest line in the whole movie.
"Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the War Room!" by Sellers is my favorite line ever in a movie/series/short film/porn/cartoon.
did you have to mention the second to the last one 💀

"We really did have everything, didn't we?" from Don't Look Up really tied that scene up in a great way. Had no idea it was ad-libbed.

johnny knoxville cracking up lol
Take a shot every time this narrator says 'iconic'.
But I won't be conscious after all that...
Just hook me up to the IV. No, _you're_ paying, leave my cabinet alone.
And I'm dead. ...or I just didn't wake up ;)
Every single dinner😂😂😂😂
Yea, AI voice over
The fact I didn’t notice until this part (or yippie-kee-yee)… pretty good voice AI 👌🏻
This is an AI voice over isn't it...That's a "diner" not a "dinner".
I paused the video as soon as the word was spoke.
And yippee kee yeah
Dianne West?
Audrey Hepburn kelp saying to Carey Grant " how do you shave? " For a split second Carey Grant was confused.
The line in Aliens refers to the game IN the movie. "29 drops.....SIMULATED".... ergo, "game over"
YIPPE KI YAY
Mr FALCON
I swear, 10 year old me thought this was the best line in the world after unknowingly watching the edited version on tv.
OMG my family used to make fun of that edit so much! The best part is that the voice sounds nothing like Bruce's
The security officer was dubbed over. Han Solo was originally talking to Dolores from HR.
Hans Gruber is Alan Rickman's most iconic role, not Snape : Change My Mind
The Hans character was in one Die Hard; Snape was in all eight HPs.
@@ornotgortwormiii8731 I didn't say most prolific.
Easy to change your mind....all of Rickman's roles were iconic.
@@adamwhite5343 By Grapthar's hammer, you're not wrong.
Don't need to change your mind when you're correct.
THAT'S NOT AN OLD LADY, THAT WAS THE DIRECTOR'S MOTHER.
You are right. She is a young dude xd not old lady.
Ariana Grande also added a lot of the brilliant lines in her song from Don’t Look Up
BILL PAXTON

MAN
Peter Sellers was a genius. GENIUS!!
You could probably do an entire video of just Kat Williams improvising lines 😂
@7:33 That's crazy if that wasn't in the original script. #Bones #StarTrek
The German dub of Die Hard 3 translated it to "Yippie-ya-yay, pig cheek" -.-
That is my favorite scene in Reservoir Dog I love love love love love Michael Madsen
Oh “AI”…you’ve done it again
The plane scene in Wayne's World wasn't actually done with a real plane, it was a small model filmed from underneath
Mike Myers explained in an interview in the 90s
That older lady in the moaning scene in the diner? That's the director Rob Reiner's mom, btw 😉
Okay, so are all videos on this channel just the same bunch of segments in different orders?

In Edward Scissorhands? Very famously so, yes.

@@karadan100 How can you be drunk all the time? Makes no sense.
3:18 diner not dinner. Simpleton.
In DON'T LOOK UP they tried to mock others, but in reality mocked themselves unknowingly. Too funny.
Too true
Thank you for ending this one early, Da Bomb! Holy shit she is dull. No personality. The Bronx don't claim her!
Your anotation for the first movie is wrong....twice. Its "The Ringer". Not The Ringers.
The Ring is a TOOOATALY different movie. Lol
6:28 Diane ::Wiest::
Ehhh, what's this "i" in her name? Ehhhh, must be a typo. "West" it is!
"Improvised at the suggestion of Billy Crystal"... soooooo written by Billy Crystal..........???
That was weird

Iconic to me is when a everyone knows this line. Most of this really is not iconic.
You don't have actors do this anymore. Improvisation makes movies
Actually pretty dang common
Jfc. That diner scene with meg ryan was so CRINGE!
