That bit in Blazing Saddles still gets me laughing to this day. I have no clue how Gene Wilder was able to stay still faced. He and the Irish assassin from _Austin Powers_ deserve special awards for delivering these lines and somehow not laughing.
One of the best not included - Dr Strangelove speech in Kubric's Dr Strangelove. Improvised and extras couldn't keep straight faces. Had to be reshot and reshot. You can still see the smirks.
3:55 I love Withnail & I There’s a scene quite early on where Richard E Grant’s character is so desperate for booze that he ends up drinking lighter fluid The lighter fluid was to be replaced with water Grant wasn’t quite getting the reaction quite right so director Chris Robinson and co-star Joe McGann replaced the water in the lighter with vinegar On drinking the vinegar, Grant’s face is a picture as he really struggles to keep going and begins to chuckle. Joe McGann has back to the camera facing Grant so all you can see is his shoulders going up and down as he can’t hide his amusement
Harrison Ford was not laughing in the scene, he was cringing. His character knows how corny he sounded and the guys on the other end would never believe him.

"People are always stealing me lucky charms."
This exists in SO many other places. Every one of these and pretty much in the same order.
When you order free view, you'll get them.
Yeah? Well this is the first place I've seen them so, you know.

Hilarious I love it 😂
Jim Carrey in the Cable Guy wasn't referencing Hannibal Lecter, he was referencing Mason Verger from the sequel Hannibal.
Ran out of material, eh?
HE BROKE HIS TOE!

Wrong. Evans was covering his beard from Snowpiercer. Do ya even research, bro ?
He's not talking about Evans. He mentions Hemsworth. Pay attention.
STOP reusing clips, it pisses me off.
THe Deadpool one is just stupid. She has no reaction at all out of character.
Star Wars episode III one is bs too. You are just making this stuff up aren't you?
If you feel you have to explain jokes then it's not funny anymore, just insulting
Viggo Mortensen didn't break character
he broke his toe
