Iso hold and one hand press was so very painful, sitting n doing shoulder exercises are very very difficult, all in all a great quick workout , thanks mate🙏🙏🙏🙏

1. I knew this was going to be a challenge for me with 10 lb dumbbells but I attempted it. 2. I did the majority of it wit the 10 lbs but switched to the 5's I have. 3. Congrats on the new hockey team?!?
The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
The work is good but you're positioned too far away from the camera. Your body looks too small in the screen, we can't see the muscles in detail. Or perhaps you could just adjust the zoom...I'd like to suggest you keep the same size you use in the tumbnail during the workout session.
