You are my emotional hero. Thank you for your research and help.
I am a 47 year old man, professional and successful and I have ADHD.
7 yrs ago, I married my beautiful OCD wife. I washed the dishes and put them away, feeling proud of myself. She thanked me, removed all the dishes from the kitchen cabinets and rearranged them. Last time I felt like washing dishes. 🙄
She did the same thing when I made the bed.😡
When I confronted her about it, she said “why don’t you learn to make the bed the right way. That way I don’t have to re-make it 😳.
I love her. But it’s difficult to take the criticism.
I think I have hypersensitivity issues from a lifetime w ADHD.
