Seriously considering this as a mobile production switcher for live sports events and corporate media. How is this as a portable production switcher solution? Are there road cases available for this unit? Does it have a built in streaming encoder?
+John SatVideoPro, the V-1200HD comes with rack ears on the unit that can be mounted in any standard rack size case. Many options to choose from in the case market that can accommodate the V-1200HD. The V-1200HD does not have a built-in streaming encoder but you could use Teradek or Matrox hardware encoders for streaming using SDI out of the V-1200HD with embedded audio.
This is really interesting info about what Roland can deliver. Whare can I buy this in a safe and serious way? I can buy in both Sweden and Norway, or Denmark. To do business online I also can do but then the company has to be serious. Still I prefere to buy from a showp where I can get advices from perofessionals. You can do a search by country on the Roland Pro AV Website of where to buy products by following this link: proav.roland.com/contact/find_a_reseller/ The V-1200HD does not connect directly to google+, UA-cam, etc... You will need an hardware capture/encoder like Teredek or Matrox Monarch to connect/stream to these online portals.

I also want to stream to my payed website that only accept embedding of my google+, youtube , facebook etc channels. Google and youtube is the most important channels at the time for my part of online channels.
The Matrox Monarch HDX is going to give you the SDI inputs on the encoder for streaming plus a local record stream as well. The Teradek Cube is the equivalent with SDI inputs. I have used the Teradek VidiU Pro and love it for live streaming and local recording. It also encodes for Facebook Live. Best of luck!
