I would like to thank you, you saved me lots of money with this video. I took my car to two "mechanics" they both said it was the main relay, not it. Then one said change the ignition switch if not the fuel pump. So i bought the Haynes repair book and followed your instruction on how to test and bamn, It comes to be it's the ignitor like you said bought a new one and put the thermal paste and I solved it with a few bucks. After 2 months of sitting in my garage my gsr is running like a champ Thanks alot
Thanks for this video. I installed new plugs, battery, rotor, coil, and added Artic paste to the igniter. The car started, but still stalls after an hour of city driving. Any suggestions?
I feel like you clowning on me because my rotor screw is stripped. It was already stripped now my car won’t start at all so now I’m just going to replace the whole thing. Cuz that screw is not coming out

hopefully it should, if you put a spark tool on the wire and it has no spark when cranking its something with the dizzy.

if the crank sensor is bad would you still get spark? i might be buying a cheap integra with these symptoms....
matt toronto yes, it has nothing to do with the ignition, the cranks sensor monitors crank position and speed. That's all it does
