I probably would have figured it out eventually but I just made my own wiring harness from scratch basically using what scraps I had left over from a CRV harness and I rewired the entire car and the thing started right up. I did a 99 b20z swap into a 97 Civic. So I went from obd2b into a car that is obd2a and everything works and it started great which made me very happy since I literally rewired the entire car front to back and my tack wouldn't work and I remember when I was wiring the car I saw that random little blue plug so I taped it up against the original harness just to get it out of my way but you just saved me days worth of ripping things apart to figure out what's what. So I appreciate it

I assume it works on an 8 pin too? I'm having the same issue 😕
Hey question I got a Acura interga 1994 automatic an when I put it in drive it shut off but I could start it up an stuff
So my integra is a 97 ls obd2 so to convert to obd1 and run a a obd1 ecu so I can tune all I need is the jumper harness and that’s all ?
For a tune you might need a stand alone ecu
