Love my Ultra VP! Recently picked up an Ultraman CE from Spooky and a Godzilla. It's great to have such an incredible variety of tables to choose from on the UVP. I'll play a couple games on the dedicated pins and then hop over and choose from a bounty of tables on the UVP. It's so immersive that it's a seamless experience.
Mechanical games are obviously the gold standard as they re, errr, the actual thing after all. But all the other advantages of virtual units far outweigh that for all but a very few people I'd suggest.
We have a bunch of existing customers throughout Europe already. Just give us a call via WhatsApp at +1 614-603-3343 If you have any questions or would like to place an order.
I had one shipped to Italy. I can say that the entire ordering and shipping process was completely hassle-free, the cost reasonable--considering it's a nearly 200kg crate that goes half way around the world, and that it was totally worth it. You get a factory-made reliable machine that just works. I really couldn't be happier with my 6.0.
I hope VP only becomes big in the home market. I’d be very upset if it was only a bunch of VPins on location. They seem great for home use but they’ll never truly replace the real thing.
Not meant to replace mechanical units... Virtual Pinball compliments it. In fact, nobody has room to own all mechanical units ever made but with Virtual Pinball you can. Not to mention the mechanical maintenance headaches it avoids. There are things you can do with Digital Pinball you simply cannot achieve with mechanical.
Very interested in the 2 in 1 aspect with the video games. Does it also come with later era games (like Dragon's Lair, TMNT and Simpsons) or just the older Mame games?
To play the later games like Dragon's Lair, and any horizontally oriented arcade games you will want to opt for our RetroPie 2-Player Multicade (see www.recroomworld.com/RetroPie.html ). The arcade games that are available on the ULTRA VP virtual pinball machine are vertically oriented arcade classics like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Galaga, etc... not the entire arcade collection we offer on our RetroPie unit. Call us at 614 208 7780 if you have any additional questions.
Are you by any chance working on a new software revision with a 64-bit VPX? I wanted to upgrade for some of the newer VPW tables, but I don't want to mess up my setup.
They're always working on new releases and issue those releases about once a year. 64-bit is not stable and should not be messed with yet at this stage from what I understand. If you want to experiment, make a clone copy of your SSD hard drive and work off of the copy only....
If only one it would clearly be the ULTRA VP 4K 49" Virtual Pinball Machine. However, if you referring to only one mechanical pinball machine then I would say the Cactus Canyon Remake LE unit.
Instead it has over 1500 visual pinball tables that utilize the same ROMs (firmware) as the original mechanical units and play and feel like the original mechanical pinball machine equivalent, thanks to a bunch of mechanical devices like the many solenoids, gear motor, shaker motor, knocker, SSF 7.1 surround sound, etc ...
@@RecRoomWorld A vídeo game will never be able to imitate the just variability of a real physical ball. @@brunogaspar3977 I can understand that you are skeptical without ever having played our ULTRA VP. In fact, I just had a competitive pinball player stop by our showroom last week who had the exact same attitude you have and changed his mind on the spot after only playing the ULTRA for 10 minutes. There are many other testimonials to the same effect from existing owners on our Google Business Profile if you care to spend some time to read them at g.page/r/CXKEk19WSuQkEB0/review
If you love it on your phone you would adore it on our Accufeel haptic feedback enabled Ultra VP 4K Virtual Pinball machine. It makes Pinball FX tables feel like a mechanical pinball machine. Check it out at www.virtualpinball.com
Interesting view but VP will never surpass pinball while it is so difficult to manage the software and get tables to work across the board with all the different software involved. Also it's a nightmare trying to get new tables onto machines and just work When I say nightmare I mean not drag and drop. Also there's no substitute for mechs. Real physics and the enjoyment you get from that. This isn't going to happen in our lifetime, sorry. That's why you have 10 real ones 😁
Yes, for now mechanical pinball is still viable but over time it won't, not for the vast majority of people who do not want the hassle of mechanical maintenance. Granted, most people have never experienced a well built and properly laid out Virtual Pinball Machine like the ULTRA VP, so it is difficult for you to believe it, I understand. But there is indeed a good substitute now, that is what this video is about. Not everybody has 100K to invest in mechanical units, which is why Virtual Pinball will take over as time goes on and as it becomes even more realistic.
This is the most comprehensive video I have seen on the VP Ultra. Outstanding overview. I can’t wait to own one.

I agree! I couldn't be happier with my VP machine. A great pastime for the long winters. We have here in the Buffalo area.
All 100% true. I own one. Best purchase I've ever made. Roland is the man!

Wow! Incredible!
You should make these available in Europe too.

It’s true! A mechanical game only have 1 game and sooner or later it will have issues…on other hand virtual pinball have 0 mechanical games.
