Love your content, bite sized pieces packed with all the relevant information.
I have one question however. I have multiple supplements, and sometimes feel its just too much to take them all, but at the same time think taking a multi vitamin and mineral isn't anywhere near as good. What is the answer.

Use some seasonally. Rotate different sups making sure you get your yearly amount of each.
I've split mine into 3 days of different sups but also vit d/k2 daily and quercetin/zinc daily.
So nac, fish oil, hemp oil, mag, resveratrol, glutathione, niacin, b12, A, E, k1, multivitamin once every three days.
Thiamine once a week. Probably more kicking around here somewhere.
There's too much to be munching on every day it can't be good.

Dr Sung, hope this question reaches you. My dad, 88yr old surgeon, took 'vaccine'. He has no comorbidities, no meds yet gets EXTREMELY sick EVERY January with flu. Eats ALL sugar, can not stop him. IF I can get him to take supplements to boost immune since jab weakens, what do you suggest? My mom, 89, heart and HP, yet healthy, what supplements for her? I am 69, no vaccine, for I have NEVER done pharmaceuticals, and family thinks I am crazy. I am on a regimen of supplementations.
