I had this same problem. I realized that if I don't hold a directional input with my left stick while short hopping it's a lot easier to go far. While you're in the air, conserve momentum by not touching the left stick at all until you input the fair with right stick

@@JohnJohnson-yi6jg Thanks John. You're totally correct. I've been playing on the switch and the stick doesn't sit in the center/return to the center fast enough so it is always inputting a direction on the left stick. I didn't realize that this affected Orcane's fair like this.

@@Ryamix what do you mean by a hitbox? the only control really lost on keyboard is omnidirectional movement, zetterburn uspecial and elliana nspecial will be limited, but overall the digital inputs feel more responsive
