- When I was in Tokyo for 10 days, I used to look for delicious brunch every morning.
I thought of Bills's "Ricotta Cheese Souffle Pancake" that I enjoyed so much.
So I made it.
There was white ricotta cheese in the boardroom souffle pancakes.

- Ingredients
* Caramel Butter
Water 10 g
Sugar 20 g
Salted Butter 130 g
* Ricotta Cheese Pancake
Egg 2 ea
Milk 30 g
Ricotta Cheese 60 g
Cake Flour 45 g
Baking Powder 2.5 g
Sugar 33 g

Hi Olivia, many thanks for the recipes. Can we replace The ricotta cheese with cream cheese or mascarpone? Both are easier to find instead of ricotta. Please advise....
You can! Actually, ricotta is very simple to make at home... but cream cheese works perfect if you don't want to go through the trouble.

계란과 밀가루. 치즈의 브랜드에 따라 맛은 많이 달라질 수 있습니다. 도쿄와 한국을 다르다고 느끼시는건 재료의 차이라고 판단합니다 :)
