- Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
33g (4 and a half teaspoon) all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
23 g (1⅔ tablespoon) of sugar
little bit of butter
When you cook pancakes:
Cook one side on low heat for 3 minutes, add water and wait 1 minute, flip the pancakes and add water, cook for 3-4 minutes.

4. Постепенно добавьте взбитый белок во вторую миску. Изначально смешивайте быстро чтобы скомбинировать две смеси. Дальше добавляйте белок медленно помешивая снизу вверх. На этом этапе удобнее использовать силиконовую или любую другую лопатку. Продолжайте до полного смешивания.
5.установите сковородку с антипригарочным покрытием на низкий жар. Добавьте растительного масла и распределите его салфеткой по всей площади.
6. Зачерпните немного смеси лопаткой на сковородку. Накройте крышкой на 3 минуты.
7. После 3х минут добавьте чайную ложку воды на сковородку и накройте крышкой ещё примерно на 1 минуту.
8. Переверните панкейки и добавьте ещё 1 чайную ложку воды на сковородку. Накройте на 3-4 минуты.
9. Через 3-4 минуты переложите панкейки на тарелку и подавайте

Guys I followed this recipe and the pancakes turn out great. However my batter with only 1 tablespoon of milk is too thick so I used 2 tablespoons instead and its perfect.
The pancakes have a very slight hint of vanilla. If you're into vanilla flavor like me, I suggest you add 2 teaspoons instead of 1.

Phuong Ngo I made these pancakes and they turned out great I used a bit more milk like u suggested. But I had one issue when I cook the pancakes they are really fluffy but when I put the pancakes on a plate for serving the pancakes collapse and are less fluffy

As long as you make sure to not burn them, the pancakes have a really nice texture. The taste is more eggy than normal pancakes, but I personally like that. I eat them with whip cream and maple syrup and it’s so wonderful. I really love this recipe!!

Ingredienti:
2 uova

3. in un altro recipiente montare a neve i 2 albumi aggiungendo lo zucchero
4. aggiungere piano piano gli albumi del passaggio 3. alla mistura del passaggio 1. e 2.
5. ungere una padella e versare un cucchiaio abbondante di "impasto" per ogni pancake
6. coprire la padella per 3 minuti
7. aggiungere un cucchiaio di acqua nella padella e coprire per 1 minuto
8. girare i pancake, aggiungere un altro cucchiaio di acqua e coprire di nuovo per 3 o 4 minuti.

*Cook on low heat and after flipping the pancake, she added some water
*Flour have to be cake flour or pastry flour since regular All-purpose flour is more dense and has more protein to it so it will not make the pancake fluffy!
*I used almond milk (unsweeten) and it works just as fine :)

2 Huevos

*Ingredientes extra:*
-un poquito de Aceite (puede ser el que usan en casa incluso mantequilla ya que es solo para engrasar)
-1 cucharadita de Agua (ayuda a que se se esponjen y queden más suaves)
-Acompañante (esto depende con lo que guste comerlos mantequilla, miel, fruta, etc.)
*Procedimiento:*
1.- En un recipiente se mezcla 2 yemas de huevo, 1 cucharada de leche y 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla.
2.- Con la ayuda de un colador se le hecha 33gr (o 4 cucharadas) de harina y el polvo para hornear y se vuelve a revolver.
3.- En otro recipiente se coloca la clara de 2 huevos con la ayuda de una batidora hay que revolver junto con 23gr (o 1⅔ cucharadas) de azúcar, hasta que esponje/punto nieve.
4.- Esta se integra poco a poco a la mezcla (previamente realizada en el otro recipiente) hasta tener una maza homogénea. *(* Es decir, se le hecha un poco de la clara de huevo batida a la primer mezcla y se revuelve, se le hecha otro poco y otra vez se revuelve, así hasta revolver todo *)*
5.- En un sartén se vierte un poco de aceite ya que este caliente con una cuchara se hecha la mezcla/maza al sartén.
6.- Se tapa el sartén por 3 minutos, pasado este tiempo se le hecha al sartén 1 cucharadita de agua y se tapa por alrededor de 1 minuto.
7.- Se le da la vuelta y se le hecha 1 cucharadita de agua, tapar otra vez por 3 a 4 minutos. ¡Y listo!
PD: Respecto a la harina.. Puede ser harina multiusos, harina de trigo y sí puede ser la harina para hot cakes (la harina para hot cakes ya tiene vainilla así que depende de cada quien sí gusta ponerle más vainilla para un sabor más fuerte). Es el tipo de harina que se usa en repostería para hacer pasteles, pan, etc.

I tried this 1 year ago and failed. Twice. It was too runny!
I thought I sucked! But I didn’t want to give up!! So I tried again yesterday and they came out PERFECT 😭😍
I tried to use room temperature eggs, added 1/2 tsp of lemon juice for each white before whipping them (helps achieve a better stability), AND the game changer was 1 additional egg white! I don’t know if she has giant eggs or what but I really found that adding one more egg white completely changed everything and the batter was visibly much better! I could tell they would come out perfect from that batter. Also, to easily get a nice round shape I used a piping bag and the perfect cafe-style result was significantly easier to achieve. I feel like I won against these mf 😳

For 3 soufflé pancakes:
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 tbsp milk, stir in well
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
33g all purpose flour, sifted and whisked in well till no lumps
1/2 tsp baking powder, sifted and whisked in well
2 egg whites with 23g of sugar, beat to medium stiff peak
Lastly mix meringue mixture in slowly in 3 steps, till well combined with a whisk > spatula, scoop up motion
Grease pan with oil/butter
With low heat,
Scoop 3 spoonfuls of batter first
Top another 3 spoonful of batter and keep building up
Cover pan and cook for 3 mins
Top up/ finish up batter again till high
Add 1 tbsp of water on the pan
Cover and cook for a few more mins
Flip the pancake
Add 1 more tbsp of water on the pan
Cover and cook for another 3 mins
This should be done
To my German friends: don't use your regular flour, use flour type 405 (Weizenmehl Typ 405 auch bekannt als Instantmehl. Gibt es bei Real)
This type 405 is what she refers to as soft flour. ;)

Thank you all for your tips so I did not have to make the same mistakes you did ! I took the advice by bringing the eggs whites to room temp by submerging the bowl in hot water and adding a splash of lemon juice. I also added an extra egg and it came out alright. I think I added too much milk because I thought it was too thick. That’s the only problem besides that they came out decent. I’ll definitely be trying again !

Processo:
Numa tigela misture as gemas dos ovos, o leite e a baunilha.
Peneire o trigo e o fermento, coloque na tigela e misture.
Em outra tigela, coloque as claras dos ovos e com a ajuda de uma batedeira, misture-as com o açúcar até que elas fiquem em neve.
Integre essa segunda mistura aos poucos com a primeira até atingir a homogeneidade.
Em uma frigideira, coloque um pouco de óleo e quando estiver quente, coloque a massa com uma colher(como no vídeo).
Cubra a frigideira por 3 mins e depois adicione 1 colher de sopa de água e cubra por mais 1 min.
Vire a massa e coloque mais 1 colher de água e cubra por mais 3/4 mins.
E prontito!

5- em uma frigideira coloque um pouco de óleo e com a ajuda de uma colher, quando estiver quente, coloque a mistura/massa;
6- tampe a frigideira por 3 minutos e depois que eles já tiverem passado coloque uma colher de chá de água na frigideira e a tampe novamente por cerca de 1 minuto;
7- vire as panquecas e adicione novamente uma colher de chá de água, tampe a frigideira e espere de 3 a 4 minutos para destampar.

*Method*

2. Sift 33grams (4 teaspoons) of flour and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder into the mixture. Mix until well combined. Make sure there are no lumps of flour.
3. In a separate bowl, beat 2 egg whites with a mixer until fluffy but no stiff peaks yet. Add in 23 grams of white sugar (3 tablespoons) Beat with a mixer until well combined. Beat until you have stiff peaks.
4. Take out your previous bowl that you used, along side your current bowl, and add the egg white mixture to the egg yolk mixture. Whisk quickly in order for the two mixtures to combine. Add more of the egg white mixture. Mix slowly and mix it as if you were "lifting" the paste. Once slighty combined, fold in the mixture with a spatula. Do this until you have mixed both mixtures completely.
5. Set your pan to a very low heat. Add a little bit of oil or butter to a non-stick pan. Smear the oil or butter all over the pan.
6. Scoop some of the mixture with your spatula onto the pan. Cover the pan for 3 minutes with a pan or pan lid.
7. After 3 minutes, pour about 1 spoon of water on the pan itself. Cover for 1 minute.
8. Turn over pancakes and add 1 spoon of water to the pan again. Cover for 3-4 minutes.
9. After 3-4 minutes move the pancakes to a plate and server.

2 jajka
1 łyżka stołowa mleka (można dać dwie)
1 łyżeczka ekstraktu waniliowego (dla lubiących wanilię można dać dwie)
4 łyżki stołowe mąki
1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 i 2/3 łyżki stołowej cukru
przygotowanie:
1. oddziel białka i żółtka, żółtka dokładnie wymieszaj (łyżką!) w misce z mlekiem i ekstraktem waniliowym
2. przesiej przez sitko (to ważne!) proszek do pieczenia i mąkę, dokładnie wymieszaj (łyżką!), nie powinno być grudek
3. w innej misce ubij białka z cukrem, aż będą sztywne
4. pianę z białek dodajemy do reszty stopniowo, bardzo powoli (łyżką!) mieszając
5. rozgrzewamy i dajemy olej na patelnię, po czym warstwowo nakładamy ciasto ; przykrywamy patelnię na 3 minuty, potem dajemy na patelnię jedną łyżkę stołową wody i ponownie przykrywamy na około minutę.
6. odwracamy naleśnika, znowu nalewamy łyżkę wody, zakrywamy, czekamy 3-4 minuty i gotowe!

I tried this and here are a few things I've learned.
1.) The recipe does work if you use the correct measurements, so if it doesn't work for you you're doing something wrong or you didn't spot the conversion mistakes in the video.
2.) Put it on a VERY LOW HEAT. I mean it.
3.) It works with any type of sugar (coconut sugar and pure cane sugar are the only ones I know that don't work) and with or without vanilla extract. It still tastes good!

I tried this recipe and it's really easy to do. It came out very well. Tried making 2 batches of it. Just some things to take note of:
- the vanilla extract (depending on your liking) could be too strong if adding 1tsp. 1/2 tsp is better.
- the timing of heating up the pancake depends on your stove. For mine it needed 5mins on low heat

Ingrédients:
• 2 œufs
• 1 cuillère à soupe de lait
• 1 cuillère à thé d’extrait de vanille
• 33g (4 cuillère à soupe) de farine
• 1/2 cuillère à thé de poudre à pâte/levure chimique/bicarbonates
• 23g (1 2/3 cuillère à soupe) de sucre
Étapes:
1) Dans un bol mélanger 2 jaunes d’œufs, le lait et la vanille.
2) Rajouter la farine et la poudre à pâte dans la mixture avec un tamis.
3) Dans un autre bol, battre les 2 blancs d’œuf (avec un robot mécanique) Rajouter le sucre petit à petit.
4) Rajouter les ingrédients « mouillé » au ingrédients sec par partie, entre chaque ajouts mélanger sans briser les bulles d’air (donc en pliant) continuer jusqu’à ce que les deux mixtures n’en forme qu’une.
5) Dans une poile mettre un peu d’huile et mettre à médium. Mettre la pâte dans la poile en petite montagnes.
6) Couvrir la poile pendant 3 minutes, après mettre 1 cuillère à soupe d’eau dans la poile et recouvrir pour 1 minutes.
7) Tourner les pancakes, ajouter 1 cuillère à soupe d’eau et recouvrir 3/4 minutes. Voilà!
(Ça peut être n’importe quelle sorte de farine, on peut remplacer l’huile par du beurre et j’utilise de la poudre à pâte et ça marche bien!)

I tried to make these pancakes and heres some stuff you should know:
1) watch the full video before you make them, and go along with the video
2) the egg yolks are gonna look like scrambled eggs at first but when you add the whites its better
3)the egg whites take such a long time to mix like A LONG time, at first they will be very liquid-y but if you mix them for long enough they will turn into more of a paste
4) theyre kind of like pancakes dressing up as a cake for halloween, if you dont want this you can use a little bit less flour, or if you already made the batter and a bit of milk and 1 egg :)
5) make a small test pancake first
6) make sure to not over due the vanilla
The are just some of the mistakes i made so hope it helps .-.

9.- Faça o mesmo do passo 8 e tampe novamente por 3 a 4 minutos.

My tip: personally I found in order to get the fluffy height, instead of applying three scoops and then waiting 3 min to add more scoops, I applied one scoop and then waited 1 min, and then repeated every minute until done (same amount of time overall). this way the pancake had enough surface tension to gain in height when applying more scoops rather then expanding outwards! Next time I do it I’ll see if I just need to whip the meringue for longer in order to bypass this trick but the flavour and texture turned out great! Side note, thanks for the measurements and recipes everyone!

2 яйца
1 столовая ложка молока
1 чайная ложка ванильного экстракта

2 столовые ложки разрыхлителя
23 г (или 1 столовая ложка) сахара
Приготовление:
1.- В миске смешайте 2 яичных желтка, 1 столовую ложку молока и 1 столовую ложка ванильного экстракта(сахара).
2.- Просейте 33 г (или 4 столовые ложки муки через ситечко и добавьте разрыхлитель и снова размешайте.
3.- В другую емкость положите 2 яйца и с помощью миксера взбейте вместе с 23 г сахара до взбитых яичных белков.
4.- Далее постепенно добавляется в смесь (предварительно сделанную в другой емкости, п3), пока у вас не получится однородное тесто. *
(* То есть, немного взбить Яичный белок добавляя к первой смеси и перемешивать, наливать еще немного и снова перемешивают, пока все не перемешается. *)
5.- В сковороду налейте немного масла, так как оно горячее, ложкой залейте тесто в сковороду.
6.- Накройте сковороду крышкой на 3 минуты, по истечении этого времени в сковородку налейте 1 чайную ложку воды и накройте на 1 минуту.
7.- Переверните панкейк и налейте 1 чайную ложку воды на сковороду, снова накройте на 3-4 минуты.

4. Помаленьку добавлять получившуюся массу ( взбитый белок) в емкость №1 до того пока не получится густая масса
5. На горячую сковороду добавить масло, затем с помощью ложки выкладывайте получившуюся массу на сковороду
6. Накройте сковороду на 3 минуты, после пройденного времени добавьте на сковороду чайную ложку воды и снова накройте на 1 минуту
7. Переверните массу и добавьте 1 чайную ложку воды га сковороду, снова накройте на 3-4 минуты.
8. Украсьте панкейк.
Думаю, ещё стоит отметить, что делается это на медленном огне. По своему опыту знаю, что такие панкейке на быстром или среднем огне поджарятся очень быстро, и не успеют как следует пропечься.
Просто когда я первый раз готовила их, то не сообразила про огонь, и получилось плохо

Here's a secret: no matter how careful you are to follow this recipe, it will not work if you're in a humid environment. I even watched ddulgi's follow-up video, and while it was helpful, the pancakes still came out very runny and flat. One way to fix this is to make two flat pancakes, cook them on one side for 5 minutes, and connect them together on the uncooked sides. Another would be to get a few small cake rings and pour the batter into those - they won't come out super fluffy and cloud-like, but they'll at least be tall.
