So it’s actually 5 ingredients then lol not 2! Egg whites, pinch of salt, vanilla protein powder and vanilla extract to top it off with whipped cream and if you want, the 6th ingredient of fruit of your choice!
So so good !! I did use collagen instead of protein powder…. and I made a melted butter, drizzle to go on top of the heavy whipping cream… so good … I especially like the little crunchy parts on the meringue .. Thank you for bringing this into my life😂😂😂❤
I just did these with strawberry and raspberry collagen, were great in the oven while cooking but went flat when i got them out to cool, but they did taste great though, i ate 6 straight off lol 😊
Tried the recipe. They didn’t turn out picture worthy but they were very tasty!! I used plain protein powder and added sweetener and orange flavoring. Will definitely make these again!!
@@StayFitness I used strawberry egg white powder and they were absolutely wonderful; just like a strawberry angel food cake. Added a teaspoon strawberry extract to the whipping cream and defrosted a few berries with added Allulose. This made 8 large puffs and devoured 2 each. Oh my, what a keeper. Ordered the egg white powder and Allulise from Amazon. Totally worth the shipping cost for such a wonderful treat. Because they were larger than yours, I needed to cook them for 18 minutes but made a bit of a well in the center using a spoon before baking.
@@denim4821 oh that sounds awesome! What brand of egg white pro powder and allulose did u use? Ive only tried erythritol/monk fruit... How does allulose compare?
@@denim4821Hi Deni, I know this is an older video so not sure if you will remember but could you tell me the amount of the egg white powder you used and roughly the Allulose. I am 69, diabetic and morbidly obese. I started BBBE about three weeks ago and plan to continue for at least 60-90 days. I know that I won't maintain it for the rest of my life but I am hoping to clean my system out and get my blood glucose to more acceptable ranges. I don't know anything about the carnivore diet except what I have learned on UA-cam and I know that a lot of the sudden influx of people making carnivore recommendations may not know what they are doing so I am trying to be careful. I have already stopped taking one oral medication and have halved my insulin dose and maintaining by blood sugars in the 70-90 range. I am amazed at the response in only 3 weeks. I don't want to add deserts or anything like that until I finish my goal of doing a very strict carnivore for the first few months. Having said that, I would like to have some recipes that if I feel like I am going to go off track because I am having excessive cravings, I want to have something I could make if I had to, if that makes sense. I am not familiar with either egg white powder or Allulose so any help you could give me would be great. Thank you so much. And thank you to Stay Fitness. I have subscribed to your channel. Deborah

Ooh I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed this recipe!!
Hey looks aren't everything! I'm keying in on "very tasty."
I used unflavored collagen and it worked out perfectly. Thank you
Sounds great! I am glad you like it!
Oooh thanks for letting us know!
If you shape them like a bowl (Pavlova!) They will hold your toppings better!
Could you use egg protein powder?
These turned out awesome! Can you refrigerate these once made? I’d like to bring some to some friends.
Love your video :) definitely trying this soon.. thanks! Subscribed 🧑🍳🥰
Hello!! Thank you so much!! Welcome to the channel, happy to have you!!
Its soo tasty and I will make it again.
I am so glad! I love these too!
Thank you
Hi guys! I hope you enjoyed this video!! Are you going to try this recipe??
What is the brand of whey powder that you use which are good for carnivore diet? Thanks
The one I use would probably not be "carnivore approved". I just try and find ones that have the shortest ingredients list.
@@StayFitness Good strategy!
Can uou make this with gelatin powder?
I never tried, but let me know if you do :)
Oh yes, will try. Question, do u find the egg whites whip stiffer quicker if they're at room temperature? Thanks!
Yes think so yes!!
What about egg whites from a carton - would that work the same?
Yes, absolutely.
Can beef protein powder be used instead of whey? Allergies 😔
Yes shouldn't be a problem as it's quite a small quantity, the only thing is, is you don't add any flavouring it won't taste of anything.

That was 350° F, right?
Yes!
Can you fo this with gelatin?
I tried this and it didn’t work.. so I’m guessing it was the vanilla bone broth powder I used 😅 I need to buy some more egg white powder
Yeah i think the egg white powder is quite essential for this recipe, but please try again as they are so good!!
Bone broth powder deflates whipped egg whites.
@@backtoasimplelife yup found out the hard way 😂
@@carnicavegirl7214 I found out the hard way too.
❤❤❤
☺️
Does it work without this (disgusting) powder? If you're a carnivore, you definitely don't need it!!!
It has been done with collagen powder as well.
Click bate. Two ingredients then proceeds to add five before I stopped watching
The two ingredients are egg white + protein powder. You don't need cream of tartar or salt or flavorings to make them.
5 ingredients actually and keto not carnivore imo
