for the record, song is "Bossa Preciosa" by Rafael Dovalo López and lyrics are in portuguese as for the pronunciation issue, the artist is spanish. he's also done a couple songs in galician and one in finnish
Really? That's amazing. I figured that he was Spanish - his pronunciation errores remind me a lot of people I know who try to speak Portuguese when their only frame of reference is Spanish :P

Perhaps the people at Arcane Kids bought a random album nobody's heard from the internet, and used one of the songs here? But if that's not the case, and this song was actually made by Arcane Kids themselves, I would actually be kind of surprised. This song sounds professionally done, and to put so much effort into this, a Brazilian love song that plays when a fake website is left up for too long, would be weird even by this game's standards. But hey, you never know.

An instrumental snippet of the song can be heard inside of AK's latest release, CRAP! No One Loves Me, which was available for a limited time as part of a Humble Bundle promotion. It would appear that all of the music in that game is original, and it wouldn't be unreasonable to assume that he wrote the instrumental to complement x obscure Portuguese acapella that seems to not exist.

For instance, the line that starts at 0:36 is "Eu quero saber por que será de mim nisto situação" is pronounced a lil' wrong. I would say 'Hope that helps', but I'm essentially saying I *can't* help

+Harry Potter Obama the Hedgehog I ripped the audio from the source as it was playing through Seganet, and used Audacity to improve sound quality. A higher quality version has since become available, though, so that might be appearing on the channel soon.
I got it when this game was just gaining ground; someone ripped all of the Seganet audio into a zip (music, sound effects). If you go digging around, you might find it, but I don't have the link on me right this second. And for the record, the song didn't appear on the official soundtrack because it is apparently copyrighted, and appeared in the game in an unaltered form (because of the pitch/speed changes, the Monifah and Janet Jackson vaporwave samples were still fair game).
Nevermind, I managed to rip the song myself. Not sure how good the quality is compared to other rips though (it sounds fine to me, but I don't know for sure how good it is).
