I purchased the highlighter in Mesmerize. It shimmers, but there is no glitter. When I think of glitter, I think of those tiny bits that sparkle. I definitely don't see any of that.
I would love to hear your thoughts on a retry!
@@rhondavosberg551so this is exactly what I thought! When it’s in yellow lighting …. There’s glitter! White light day light etc.. no glitter! I’m about to post a short showing what I mean!
I feel the under eye brightner will be so fantastic for someone like James who is not into makeup but wouldn't mind evening out their skin..it's awesome how healthy glowly and hydrated it looks on the skin!

I always love how slow Rare beauty is to release a product. It feels like a brand that genuinely wants to make great products that are different to what's on the market whilst staying true to the brand and not just a money grab with a celebrity face. I REALLY don't need another highlighter but I REALLY want this one 😂😂even the unde eye brightener is drawing me in 😍
The highlighter is STUNNING!!!! I haven’t worn powder highlighter in yearsss (only cream or liquid) but I bought one color then immediately went back for two more!! You can build it up to be blinding or sheer it out for a more natural look, I love the versatility of it. I also got the under eye brightener and I’m really loving that too!!
@@laurac86are the powder highlighter colors the exact same as the liquid highlighters? cuz i love her liquid highlighter in enlighten but it lifts the cream blushes i use. I've been trying to find a powder highlighter that matches her liquid one since i always use that in my inner corners
@@lisaclopein5942 - Yes they are the same colors! Not every color liquid highlight is available in the powder but Enlighten is one that comes in the powder ☺️

I never wear make up but i watch because i love your personality. Those products look absolutely stunning on you! I tried make up in my younger years but i was hopeless & just gave up lol. Whenever i see the work you do, i always wish i had persisted with it.

The eye brightener looks beautiful over your usual foundation and concealer Just to do exactly what it says brighten and illuminate the under eye area it looks really stunning in some of the close up reviews I've seen where it's used in this way I don't think it's enough to use on its own to replace your concealer or corrector unless you do not need to cover any darkness or eye bags then it would be beautiful on its own

Wow. I am always impressed with Rare Beauty products! Absolutely gorgeous! I've been using less and less concealer under my eyes because they've been a little dry this winter so that brightener would be so perfect, strategically placed! And that highlight is so extra, but in a beautiful way. Rare Beauty is one of the only celeb brands that seems to put out very well thought out products that perform and Selena is so involved and knowledgeable about the brand/products. I think the price point reflects the quality while still being accessible to a wide range of people as well.
When we get they giggle of delight from Robert, we know it’s a go!! I ordered the brightener as soon as I saw it as well just believing I’d love it. I got light and light medium. Maybe I should’ve gotten medium 🤔 we’ll see. I don’t want the raccoon effect

This looks so good! These days, I've been avoiding anything matte even as an combo-oily person. Satin-glowy oil free finishes are my faves!
SO glad I listened to you! My under eyes are so dark that I look like got punched in both eyes. I got the under eye brightener as well as the Rare Beauty tinted moisturizer and I am BLOWN AWAY. It really looks like my natural skin, but smoother, more even, and healthier. The under eye brightener actually makes a huge difference, but it still looks like my skin! It doesn't look like I have a concealer or color corrected on at all! So pleasantly surprised.
I usually stay away from an under eye brightener, but that just looks STUNNING!
I LOVE the brightener! Amazing for natural makeup days or I also use it under my concealer and I’m obsessed! That brightener, the mario foundation, and the rare cream contour are some of my favorite products rn 🤩
Your description of the Rare Beauty Undereye Brighteners reminds me so much of the Milani Supercharged Brightening Undereye Tint you reviewed over the summer. Your review convinced me to check the Milani one out and I love it for no foundation but awake look and blends similarly to the way the Rare Beauty does and I prefer tapping out with my finger as you did. Would love to see the Rare Beauty and Milani Supercharged Brightening Undereye Tint side by side. 💜💜💜
I love the brightener tip...it reminds me of the concealer that Dominique cosmetics came out with like almost a year back...her concealer has a metal tip and is super cooling.

These products look divine, especially the brightener/concealer & rose shade highlighter. Some eye creams or serums have a similar little metal applicator, Lancôme’s Génifique eye for example. Think of the little cold metal bit as kind-of like those ice globes some esthicians use during facials, but obviously on a much smaller scale in both size & time on skin. It can assist with a bit of de-puffing around the eye area, aside from the refreshing feeling it gives.

I’m so excited to try these! I’ve been doing literally the same thing but with the Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter Superstar Glow. I use 3 different shades to essentially get the same effect you did with the RARE Under Eye Products. This will save me time and money! I can’t wait to use them!

It's honestly so crazy to me how different Rare Beauty is from Rem. I expected rem to be more like Rare Beauty, where you can see Selena in every product, and every product has thought and care behind it. Rem seems to be more just wanting Ariana grande fans to buy the makeup just because of Ariana, and they don't seem to put *any* thought or care into the products. 🤷♀️ I personally love Ariana grandes music, more than Selena tbh, but it honestly doesn't look like Ariana would actually use any of the products, they all seem like play makeup🤷♀️

I love the holographic style highlighters, but I also love a natural looking dewy highlighter.
The holographic type ones are great as eyeshadow in particular, they give this fun colourful sheen of pop on the lid. If you want a more natural eyelid I guess you could use this highlighter too? But it looks incredible on the face!

I was just browsing on SpaceNK and saw this concealer and was very intrigued. I am on the hunt for a hydrating but fuller converse concealer for my acne scars, I often find ones with coverage are dry and cakey looking, but hydrating ones are usually under eye and not as much coverage but the finish I want. ❤

I'd love them to come out with a really good color corrector, and then this product would be perfect with that. Concealer that lightens my blue parts, tends to look gray and chalky. I'm excited about this.

Robert I can’t tell you how useful, fun and just generally great your videos are. BUT I HAVE TO HE HONEST: as *gorgeous* as this product is, there is very clearly glitter in this highlighter - I tried it at the store today. Probably the same level that there is in the liquid version. I’m only being particular because my highlight preference most days is so ultra-sheer (think the Essence Pure Nude, or the Hollywood Flawless Filter) that even the tiny amount of glitter in here is a no-go. People are all over the place with describing this product because it’s so unique, I think, but I just want to put my two cents in for people shopping. Thank you for your review!
