How to troubleshoot and fix 30FF error code on a BMW N54 | 335i, 535i

  • Well that didn't take long, already have a 30FF within a week of buying this car. I show you what I did to fix the error as well as walk through the steps you can take to do this on your own car.

    Damn I hope mines this simple lol I very minor waste gate rattle too only hear it when it starts but I keep getting 30ff

    What vaccum tubing hose did you use from Amazon? I can't really find anything with a 3.5mm ID / 4mm OD

    My car car new turbos new intercooler new charge pipe and vanos solenoids plus boost solenoids could it be tmap sensor or vacuum lines I’m at 103k miles

      start tracing your vacuum lines, that's where i would start first and rule it out

    Why would I only be boosting 8psi if everything works with jb4 on map 5

      do you have any codes stored? check to see that first. might need to reload map?

    3.5mm ID line (inner diameter) x 4mm outer diameter?

      Correct 3.5mm inner diameter hose, outer diameter will be larger than 4mm due to the thickness of the hose.
      You'll need about 15' worth, amazon has many options available :)
