That's not a good idea. Exercises are to prepare your vocal chords for singing. Screaming puts too much pressure on them too quickly. If you strain on a note, ignore it, that's your range for now. You can extend it once your throat is warmed up.

Personally my dream is to play Christine at least once in a Phantom of the Opera production. Maybe you just need to set a goal like that. Is there some musical or something you want a role in? How about a record you want to beat? Just find yourself a goal to work towards. Try winning x-factor or something.

I almost shed to tears doing the high scales 😂
I have a question what does resonance improve? Does it improve your sound?
Yes

Thank you so much for all these useful exercises. Hopefully I'll get better with time. I would try to do this regularly. These are so much fun to do especially with the help of this channel. 🎵🎶😇💜

+TheOtherSun i have one for mixed voice 😉
I started practising my singing voice in 2010 and have been expanding my range, ameliorated my pitch and am able to hold long notes. All this I have done, because I wanted to learn singing just as my grand-father. Now, I feel that I am stuck and do not learn new things. I do not know what to do with my voice. Does anyone have got an inspiration?
Cheers

Keep working on the stuff you want to improve in your voice. If you feel like you're not that good with belting then practice belting! If you feel like you are weak with head voice then work on it. You're never done with your voice and can find new ways to use it as you improve. :)
I could learn all that, but what for? This world does not inspire me to sing.
Personally my dream is to play Christine at least once in a Phantom of the Opera production. Maybe you just need to set a goal like that. Is there some musical or something you want a role in? How about a record you want to beat? Just find yourself a goal to work towards. Try winning x-factor or something.
AnimeBunny same. My dream is to be The Phantom or Valjean in Les Miserables. Goal in mind, I would never have progressed without it
😄
Who's warming up in 2024❤,
my voice has definently improved from doing vocal exercises. But...i'm still trying to strengthen my mix to make it more of a chesty mix instead of a head voice mix
