Honestly game is in such balance state that proper teamplay beats any kind of feed. If you can really rally your team and they are trying to make plays as a team you can make a comeback from any kind of feed. And as easily you can also throw any kind of lead
I like the review! Do more for sure man! I was oracle 2, until I dropped ranks. But I just started playing warden not too long ago, I think I'm gonna be jumping much higher in oracle now. All of my losses have been me going nuts like top of both teams. I know I was/am doing something wrong and you pointed it out in the video. I kinda played my own game and didnt really look at my tm8s, Ive been a masters smite player, and I've gotten good at League and Dota so I know how to moba, but my shooter brain took over and I hadn't even noticed. Thanks for pointing that out man. Huge advice I needed to hear. I could never figure out why even when I could skill diff players in low phantom I couldn't jump into it. Its kinda making sense now.
for sure, I'm glad you liked it! And yeah a lot of people complain that you can't carry because it's 6v6 but if you can get your teammates ahead, epically early, it makes a world of difference
honestly as long as the enemy team has a pocket it should be an automatic debuff remover buy on the entire team no matter the rest of the composition. i had full teams refuse to buy it and pocket always ends the game with 20-30k more damage than the fed dps
The colorblind setting is giving me anxiety because under my colors yellow is the danger color so my brain is pinging "you're about to die" to the whole time.
@ when you’re playing friendlies are white and enemies are red. But that’s only when you’re playing. In the replay centre this is the default colour scheme, maybe that’s why you’re confused
@@medicwine yeah in the replay system there's sapphire and amber while when you're playing it always it always shows the enemies as amber even if you're on amber
I just think two ways: if my teammates are carrying me to victory, then I need to become better. If I am the one who carries the team but we lose, then next time we'll win. And if we won't, it just means enemies are better and I'm training.
@@Phillz91 higher ranks tend to have a cut off point where you are basically a beginner again. Think of it like two rank systems, one of them is Initiate 1 to Phantom 6, the next is Ascendant 1 to Externus 6. There is a watershed moment where the game play of all the players changes and we see what is essentially perfect ranked play. In other words they play, "the game." While the rest of us are, "learning the game." This exists in most games I've ever played. You'll hear it as you climb ranks, "these players are playing a different game, they are just better." Or something to that effect. Professional play tends to be a step better than ranked play though. Because, "perfect ranked play" is not, "perfect deadlock," so you aren't wrong the players are just a bit better at everything until they get high enough ranked and have to play almost a different game. To my understanding deadlock currently has everyone under Oracle learning macho play, Oracle to Phantom is micro, and Ascendant to Externus seems to be well, the game, they just do it all right but to various levels of right. Like say for the sake of argument, we have two players one is Externus 6 one is Ascendant 1 we should expect the Externus player to have better game sense for how a perfect game should run, how to aim, where power spikes are, etc. They for the most part play the same game but one can achieve more of what they set out to do. Pro play on the other hand will have a variety of wildly good players who generally introduce metas and inform ranked play on what gameplay should look like. I hope that makes sense, it's been the case that this is true in every moba I've ever played.
I wouldn't worry about rank. I won 28, lost 6, and was put in emissary. I played another account where I won 33 lost 14 and got archon. Honestly super demoralizing to even try to "grind". Just focus on getting better.
@@BrandenBlackford your first ranked games are based on your casual mmr. You learned on an account for 50 + games or whatever ranked requires now. Followed by getting a bad rank. Then when you were more learned you did it again. It's accurate. You were bad when you started and it lowered your casual mmr. You didn't. Make that back up before you played ranked.
@Salmacream the funny part about that, I played my first account, with irl friends, did so bad cuz I was brand new. Made a new account. Won almost every single game, I had 80%+ win rate. Went into ranked. And that account ranked lower. Made zero sense to me...
@Salmacream so if anything the fact that my new account has slightly less hours when ranked tells me time played has more to do with rank than actual skill but oh well.

@ for sure. i was just curious about the change. since your channel is still developing i think including small updates at the beginning of videos, or even just in discord, would be nice for keeping your viewers aware of any changes you plan on making to your content. so far, i like the addition of the notes section at the end. in general, i don’t mind the cuts; i think 25-30 min is ideal, but i also don’t mind watching longer videos (40+ min). i think a good rule of thumb could be to keep the video length around the same time as the length of the game you’re reviewing. i also liked the section for lash tech you did a few videos ago. i know it’s more work to record and edit, but having 1-2 visual demonstrations like that interleaved into the video will probably be useful for a lot of people. anyway, i like how your channel is developing so far. this is probably one of the highest quality deadlock channels out right now so keep it up man. i hope you’re finding these suggestions useful lol
