Thank you. When my anxiety ramps up I get twitches which scares me. I’m always checking my body for numbness or muscle weakness. I know that I’m fine but the anxiety is so real sometimes...
I'm with you. Been having muscle twitching for over 4 years now. I too have eliminated my anxiety over the twitching. Once I found out about BFS, I no longer worried about it. I can still function perfectly normally. They're annoying but I've learned to live with them. Remember... It's BENIGN.
Anyone here with head and facial tingling, ringing ear and some pain sensation on face coming n going and done all mri but came normal, anyone pls share your experience
Great to hear. I was in panic mode when I came across your first twitching/als video and it made me feel a lot better. Ive also been able to just accept twitching and it’s slowed down significantly, though it still happens a few dozen times a day at least. I’ve since had an EMG and ruled out ALS. Again, thanks for your videos. They brought me some peace of mind when I needed it.
I watched this video a year ago and came back to watch it again now, because a year later here I am worrying again🤦♀️ I just love your videos! You help a lot more people than you know! The twitches are just with me now, better get used to it😂
Fir a whole year I feared the worst. I had twitches everywhere 24/7. I lost so much weight. I had the ones that pop here and there, vibrate, quiver, last for seconds and even for hours. I had multiples ones go off at all different places at once. I couldn’t hold a bag of groceries with out my fingers twitching or scratch my leg with out setting off a twitch. I am still like this now. I took me a while year to finally realize I was fine. My biggest downfall... the internet.... I kept reading about something every twitch I got and it through me into a panic. My neurologist told me in the beginning it was nothing to worry about and I didn’t believe her. It was my second time visiting her that she sat me down and told me that twitching doesn’t start first. And since it was a year since our first visit I would’ve already shown signs of not being able to raise an arm or leg. The best thinks we can do is stay off the internet and listen to stop listening to nightmare stories. Thank you so much for your video. We need more people like us out there supporting each other and telling our stories of our own. By the way... I was diagnosed with BFS. Something to look into.
Amanda M thank you so much for sharing your story Amanda! The symptoms can be so scary and just like you, Google scared me half to death! I’ve read a lot into Benign Fasciculation Syndrome and reading about it was one of the things that actually really calmed me down! I’m so pleased to hear that you were able to get a proper diagnosis and it wasn’t what you feared! Take care. X
Amanda M how do you cope with in now? Do you have practic advice for us suffering with same problem. The biggest problem we all have is - not believing the doctors- i had a mri scan and ct scan and emg and blood all came back fine and still looking for reassurance
I think much of it is due to anxiety or panic . And we go on searching internet for the reason and eventually finding something like ALS and keep bruding over it
Thank you for this. I suffer from Health Anxiety. I ran this morning and my index finger started to twitch and i couldn't run anymore. I couldnt breathe. I needed this to calm myself.
I only allowed myself to watch till 2:55 of this because after you stated typically you will feel muscle weakness first and it would be CLINICAL muscle weakness, a whole shroud of darkness lifted off of me (I'm afraid to watch more because I don't want anything to take me off this cloud 9, haha). I have been highly anxious for the past 2 months over random health things, and then the muscle twitching started which threw me into a whole other category of anxiety. I definitely don't have clinical weakness (deadlifting 150 lbs and squatting 135 lbs just today), so your words truly eliminated my anxiety (for now) over ALS. Thank you so much for putting yourself out there for those of us who are deeply struggling to find some relief. I've spent all morning pacing and crying about at my wits end - forced myself to workout, and then still felt the twitching and was reaching a breaking point. Thank you for giving me peace of mind today. Sending big hugs.
Thank you so much for such a thorough explanation on ALS it's so reassuring to hear your explanations please don't give up doing this and giving us thorough information
Thanks a lot for this video. I’ve got twitchy calf muscles, and like you I fear ALS soooo much that I couldn’t get it out of my mind. I’ve no weakness, I lift heavy weights with no issue, I run regularly too. So while logically I know it can’t be ALS it’s hard to shift the thought!!
Thanks a lot for the video, I had twitches recently and of course went to the internet where the straight away diagnose you with a MND. Now, after this video I feel much better and quite relaxed. Just the idea of having one of those disease is terrifying let alone having it. Strength to the people suffering with them. Amen
Very helpful video. My case is identical to yours. Similar fears, pausing to look at my twitches, putting bandage on areas twitching, feeling depressed that these twitches are the start of something bigger or more serious. What helped me is not being stationary, not spending time in front of the TV, doing yard work, walks, runs, cleaning. Watching TV and being in front for the computer only takes your mind to the twitches and to a dark place. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, i feel like was going crazy.
I have been having muscle twitching for nearly 9+months and getting stressed about it but hearing you talk about it makes me really hopefully and alot less stressed about it thank you so much for making this video it has helped me so much
I saw you on barCoft tv about your story allergic to water and what you had to go through. New subbie here and I’m enjoying watching your videos about your symptoms !
I'm very proud of you and all of these great people in the comments. I'm eleven months into twitching all over my body. I've finally come to the point where I've realised that I do not have ALS. The first several months were absolute hell. I was attatched to my wife like a baby. Literally crying and just holding her on the couch almost all day. The worst fear and sadness I've almost ever experienced. Your mind is your worst enemy. . . and Dr.Google. My GP and neurologist dismissed my symptoms as benign right away but naturally my mind made me think the worst for the better part of this last year. It's funny how there are differences in muscles (ie. Right and left bicep or calf) that have been different your whole life but you only notice those differences when you're in a panic and looking for them. If you're reading this and you're scared of ALS. . take a very slow deep breathe and realise that if it's been more than a couple of months and you haven't lost the ability to lift things or run or start your car, operate the pedals, gas and brake you're going to be just fine. Also a simple blood test can absolutely rule ALS out. If you're twitching has already begun and you have a CPK blood level that is still normal after the twitching then it simply cannot be ALS. Also keep in mind that this disease is incredibly, extremely rare. The odds are quite in your favor.
Where did you get the information about after a couple of months meaning you're probably ok ? Just curious. I am getting bloods done done now testing magnesium b12 etc and one is some kind of antibody test i wonder if that's what you just mentioned. Very reassuring message :)
This video puts me at ease. I went thru some really bad anxiety/depression/stress after loosing my mom to ALS just 5.5 months ago. Her ALS came after complications from surgery. When we got her guessed diagnosis was 7 months before she passed, when I say guessed the doctor always said I suspect but never gave us ‘im 110% positive this is what it is’. Hers started with her voice and then the muscle loss and 6 months before she passed was the muscle twitching. My only symptom has been the twitching and nothing else. And this video completely put my at ease.
I’m so grateful I’ve found this. To be honest, after I’ve seen a doctor, they’ve amplified quite a lot. So I’ve decided to do something about it. I’ve started taking 300 mg of magnesium, do yoga and exercise and stretch twice a day. Of course, they went down but they still happen. The doctor told me the chance for nerve damage is null and he did the basic tests (follow the finger, reflex test). Of course, back in my mind, I fear ALS but I wouldn’t fear ALS if I didn’t spend time searching on Google. If they’re not done in a month or so, I’ll still see a neurologist but I’m starting to see the flaw in my logic. All I get is muscle twitching. There is no weakness. There is eye fatigue but this is because I go to sleep very late and spend all day in front of a computer. Now, the logical part of me knows that I’ve overblown diagnostics again and again and that I was never actually sick but getting muscle twitches is so scary.
These videos have helped a ton. I got so paranoid about them all I was thinking about was when my next twitch would be and I really think sometimes I would feel a quick like pulse like spasm that might even be in my head, just somewhere random on my body. Idk if anybody else had that as well.
@@pf5549 They will, just accept them and not fret. They aren't serious and honestly, there are worst stuff happening to others like cancer. This is minor and can/will go away
@@pf5549 I've had them since November AFTER a month and a half of constant stress without releasing the stress. They didn't come out of nowhere. Initially, it was only in my legs but then I started to get them everywhere because I kept stressing over them. Thinking about them makes them worse. I'm going to therapy for my health anxiety on Thursday and possibly Monday
@@Koopaluxe you're fine, it has alot to do with being hyperaware aswel as stress and anxiety, I basically lost 2 years of my life worrying over my fasiculations, honestly once your awearness calms down and you truly subconsciously believe that they are nothing to worry about they will fade away
Love your videos and really appreciate you sharing your experience. I’m dealing with twitching right now and you’ve definitely eased my anxiety, THANK YOU!
I just went through a couple of traumatic events and the twitching started I’ve been having them for a month it started in my pinky finger now I have popping all over my body
hi sweetie, I’ve been binge watching your vids and want to thank you for sharing your story. I’ve had the same awful twitches all over my body too for 9 months now and all neuro tests have come out fine. I keep worrying about this being an early onset of ALS or MS and looking out there for stories of those who were initially misdiagnosed or were once told it was just anxiety but then got an awful final diagnosis 10 or 15 years later (Selma Blair is a good example).... so stressful.
That person is a very very very rare case. For me I have had twitches all around my body for the past 3 years and 6 months and nothing of weakness I have seen my left leg is bigger than my right and sometimes gets stiff but my doctor told me it's because of bfs and if you excersise to gets you can cause damage so idk. But other than that been fine. If also left shoulder is smaller than my right. But that's it. So I think you will be fine. I got my emg and all tests done when I had my twitches for about 8 months the doctor looked at me and examined my whole body, and he said I look super healthy and told me until I have foot drop don't come back, because he said I would just keep worrying.
Just because people have bfs it doesn't mean they can't get als:/ it's like saying because I have the flue I can't get another infection.. It sucks but this is how it is:((
Thank you for this, i really kind of felt like talking to some one about, all of the time i was like "yeah! i'm doing that too" So this has been really soothing.
thank you - this really really helped me💛 been to several doctors, they tell me it’s benign all the time. have been dealing with this for over 3 years, still trying to convince myself it’s not something life threatening
Ive recently started with muscle twitches which has lead me to your video. Im very anxious about ALS but im not experiencing weakness even though i think i am, im still strong. I suffer with anxiety and health anxiety and the anxiety makes the twitching worse. When i make myself busy the twitches go away. My arm feels funny but i put that down to the Marshall arts class i did the other day. Thank you for sharing your experience its really helped me put my mind at ease. Ive been trolling the internet looking for information all week. Im confident now that its just my anxiety but I still cant make that fear go away now that its in my head. With time and meditation i will feel better.
I also went to the doctor for my twitches and tingling in my feet/hands. I've had twitching in the past, from my track & field days, but it usually went away in a couple of days. However, these lasted for over a month to the present. When the doctor did blood tests, I was diagnosed with extreme low Vitamin D. I had developed it doing lockdown and the start of Covid. Mostly, because I started working from home and never went out in the daytime to get sunlight. I also rarely eat dairy. I take high dosages of Vitamin D every week, prescribed by my doctor. Hopefully, your anxiety and twitches get better. 🙂
Thank you for this. My anxiety is severe and my twitchs began from tongue to whole body and have been suffering from it for about 2 months plus with IBS. it's hell. Extremely scary at times.
Hello there i get twitches all over body even internal muscles that dont even show up through skin...How are U feeling i know u posted this comment along time ago.
@@randomsub1976 Hi there, it's almost the same for me too but some of my worst twitches can be seen and when I'm relaxed it's still there but it lasts for a few minutes. The twitches all over my body gets worse when I get very stressed. I've already done a nerve test and am waiting to get my MRI done in June. I did some Google research and most of my symptoms are closely similar to Fibromyalgia.
Ah anxiety it’s a bugger. I’ve been twitching all over for 2 months keep thinking I have motor neurone disease, I’ve been in the lymphoma hypochondria dark place too, diabetes and brain tumours I’ve have every thing you can google but I’m still around. I think worrying activates the sympathetic nervous system so that’s what’s causes my twitching to manifest. I wouldn’t be too bothered but it’s my eyelid that twitches the most lol so annoying.
That is normal. We all have a primary limb that tends to be stronger and more developed. Again clinical weakness and atrophy would be VERY significant.
I have all this Paul , the other day they thought I developed a clot on my calf then after performing all exams they determined I didn’t have any clots . Twitching all over my body but it started in my legs first and calf was extremely tender , currently started magnesium to help me out with this .
I am an 18 year old female and I have been twitching for 2 1/2 months now. Though I had huge health anxiety BEFORE the twitching started so anxiety caused them to happen. I didn't really give my body a chance to heal from the stress process unfortunately. I used to only twitch in my legs, but after feeling stressed thinking that the twitches will never go away (I pray that won't be the case) the twitches spread to my whole body. 😢
Mine anxiety started with muscle twitches too it was so scary I thought my heart was gonna start to twitch to I was so scared I thought I was gonna have a stroke
I have been dealing with muscle twitches for about a month. First started with my tricep for a week, it went away and then moved to my lip for a week, then moved to my legs, then moved to my trapezoids . Very concerning and irritating
I have lipomas all over my body, for years. They have spread, and are painful and now they twitch and cramp and now my arms and legs are cramping and shaking and weak.
Hello, I suffer from anxiety so I’ve been through all its symptoms. This new one is twitching and crawling feeling in my brain/ head and random headaches. I’ve been dealing with these for months. Has any one experienced these symptoms?
Mine started during sleep, only at transition of waking and falling sleep, only in lips, cheeks and throat , now after a couple months it’s come to daytime and it’s any muscle anywhere, feet, hands, stomach, neck, legs, forehead, chin, anywhere , anytime , one at a time, brief, all day long. Iv had neuropathy for YEARS, sore muscles, sciatic but never twitching. I also have a lupus disease called MCTD. And also diagnosed many years ago as Fibromyalgia. Now I have this too.
I got really really scare when my muscles started twitching. They still twich a lot, it started on my righ shoulder, but now almost all my body muscle twitch, I have no weakness or lost of balance. Have been on this about 6 months since it first started.
I've heard you mention a couple of times if you get to two months and you can still move your body parts you probably don't have als, just wondering what made you say that? I know you said it took you a lot longer to accept what you had wasn't als. I'm struggling with accepting and just seem to be getting strange things happen in different places, its went from my leg/legs muscle pain and twitching to now convincing myself my tongue randomly twitches (that started 2 weeks after i read an article about als)
Naomi SJ I recommend you stop reading about it. I did and it helped a lot, also go to the gym get into a strength training program and physically show yourself you have the ability to get stronger. Take it nice and slow at first if you’ve never lifted before. Not only will you get peace of mind you’ll also get healthy
Hey sis I am facing muscle twitching muscle aches and spasm I have done my EMG and it is normal what I do for muscle aches are you facing muscle pain in benign
LONG MESSAGE AHEAD!!! Hi Cherelle😊 I'm glad that I found your youtube channel. I'm experiencing muscle twitching all over my body for about 1 month now. It starts in my big toes then to my thumb and fingers. Then to my back, calves, arms and thighs. Now it's happening on my under lower lips, left cheeks and to my tongue😭😭😰 It happens everyday but not only on the specific spot. It happened all over my body alternately. I have no other symptoms aside from twitching. But when it occurs on my tongue, face, toes and thumb, my panic attack strikes😭😭😭 Hopefully it's not a Dystonia, ALS, MS, parkinsons and other serious conditions. It's not a bothersome when it occurs on my thighs, arms, back and calves. But when it strikes on my face, lips especially on the tongue, IT IS😭😭😭😭😭 Please I need a piece of advice on how to deal with this in everyday life. 😭😭 I have anxiety of googling symptoms. I have anxiety/health anxiety since highshool and start being hypochondriac/cyberchondriac. I used to think that I have serious diseases. Now the latest diseases I'm thinking is any serious disease relating to muscle twitching. I'm tired of searching and thinking. I'm Rommel, 21 yrs of age from the PHILIPPINES 💖🏳️🌈🇵🇭 please help anybody?
@@sandhusandyjha2995 no. But i convinced myself it was weaker than the other. So i tested it at the gym, and it was fine. Your mind plays tricks on you when you're dealing with the stress and anxiety! Are you worried about yourself?
all the time. from the big toe to the smaller toes. on and off. almost like they take turns twitching. this is the most annoying and crappiest twitch in my opinion. Oh and the fingers, just feels uncomfortable
Take keppra for epilepsy, so it's never scared me. Epileptics are prone to twitches., Also a side effect to epilepsy medication. Also eye twitches, possibly from caffeine
I got serious about jogging again after sitting all day stressed about twitching. I'm up to 5 miles now and for a while, the twitches subsided. Today..my calves are firing away again. That's why I'm here.
My twitching began in my index finger. I believe I had a pinched nerve in my neck and I would have burning pain in my entire arm. After that I noticed my legs began to twitch.. My thighs, my arms, my back, my buttocks. It's been two weeks. I have no more twitching in my finger and no more burning pain but I have twitching in my legs and calves and arms :/ all over my body. It's so fucking annoying. I had never had this in my life. It gets worse when I stay still. I'm wondering if I should go to the doctor just to rule other stuff out. I have no weakness and I feel fine. Just a bit of discomfort in both legs from all the twitching I guess.
Thank you for sharing this.... I had this problem since early 2019,it started at my shoulder ,then i had persistent eye twitching which would come and go ,come and go many times ..and now i have it between my thumb and index finger..it will come and go also in periods throughtout the day .....i workout a lot , i feel strong so i started not to think about it too much
Hey I have been having muscle twitching and heart/ whole upper body seems to vibrate like anything 24/7 . I sabotaged my career because I am always worried about this. Pls reply if you found any cure
I've been having muscle twitches throughout my body for the past 3 months and all I ever do is google my symptoms. It makes everything worse but for some reason I just can't stop researching. It started in my thighs and has worked it's way through my legs/feet and chest and occasionally in my arms, neck and face. I finally went to the neurologist today and he did the strength test and everything seemed to be okay. He scheduled me for a EMG but I'm still so scared. I've had really bad anxiety for the past 6 months and it feels like it's just getting worse.
Draco Johnson my EMG came back normal and my neurologist told me he doesn’t believe it to be serious. Unfortunately he didn’t really have an answer for me when it comes to what actually is causing my twitches. He gave me some vitamins to try but none have really done anything. I’m still having twitches but recently they’ve been far less frequent, to the point where I can go hours without having any. Reducing stress and anxiety has really helped me over the past month.
Marie Rene I wouldn’t say i get sore from the twitches but I have noticed that exercising makes me much more sore than it used to. Also always feel fatigued and have no energy.
Having twitches for 2 months in the thighs, feet and triceps. Really scared. I am 18 yrs old and I know at this age MND is exceptional yet I can't get it off my mind.
I've had muscle twitching on and off through the day for the last 4-5 days. I am convinced i have MS or ALS at the moment. I want to see a Neurologist, but haven't been able to arrange that with my GP yet. My eye has been twitching for the last few hours, lasts a few seconds and then goes away. I have to keep telling myself I have been checked by a GP and he said its not neurological, I haven't had weakness, but I feel like i am getting weaker. If I had MS, i wouldn't give 2 shits, i would rather have that then ALS...But i do feel for people that have MS, it's horrible, but with treatment and a good lifestyle you can go into Remission for weeks/months/years. The reason i got to this point is due to other symptoms I have had...But I am 90% sure this health anxiety as i can attribute it to a number of stress related issues.
@@goddessvibes08 nope! A number of symptoms have in my opinion progressed over the past few weeks. Mainly muscle stiffness, aches and pains, general odd feelings and sensations, but it's all been on my life hand side. And the muscle twitching has mainly been on my left. The only thing I notice is that although I can still go to the gym and do weights etc. My left side feels tighter and seems to fatigue quicker. All the twitching is usually in my left foot/leg and arm and my eye.
@@goddessvibes08 Yeah, well just remember that if you are suffering anxiety, then the chances are its anxiety related. The challenge comes when you cannot determine if the Anxiety is the cause of the symptoms or if the anxiety is a symptom of the actual cause. I have had anxiety twice before in my left and it's pretty horrible, but i look back at those times like i was a different person. Health anxiety is new to me and assuming it definitely is health anxiety related, then CBT is probably the best thing you can do. Having done some reading on Health anxiety is it very normal to have low levels of actual anxiety/panic and the panic attack is only really triggered by the thoughts of having the disorder, so when you are distracted, i tend to find i forget i have any problems at all. But then i come out of my normal self and end back up in some weird self absorbed monitoring of my own feelings and self. It's pretty shit. Stick on the meds, if they work, but its worth mentioning some meds dont work for some people, so you might need to keep trying different ones till you find the right one.
Omg as if you are talking about me I have the exact symptoms but mainly all on my right side and tried to search for a condition in which these symptoms can occur at one side before spreading to other areas and I found a pinched nerve could be the cause. I’m trying to stay positive but this video scared me before watching it I convinced myself my muscle twitching is because of anxiety and now after I heard her explaining the pattern of muscle twitching in ALS it scared me to death. I too read about MS and discussed it’s possibility with my neurologist so he ordered MRI due in two days so finger crossed hope everything is going to be fine for all of us. Can you please replay once reading my comments.
Hi cherelle thanks for the video, its just the video i needed because its been 6 months since my muscle twitching had started , and with that at times i would get a feeling of weakness in my hands then i start worrying then i drop something by mistake then am like omg i have als then it comes to a point where am starting to test how strong my hands and and if i keep dropping things and just drive myself crazy, i wanted to ask does als start of as in its very first stage as literally not being able to use your hand or limb ???
I have really bad anxiety, especially after I eat something. It's like muscle twitches all over and I get dizzy and my head feels like it weighs 50 lbs.

I barely smoke at all anymore. I quite smoking cigarettes about 6 mo to a year ago. I just stopped drinking caffeine as well. I dont drink alcohol etc. I'm wondering if you may have a vitamin deficiency. I researched and found that manganese, not magnesium, may be a culprit. so recently I've been trying to incorporate that Into my diet through foods. wondering if you have tried this? I thought it was my anxiety as well, but I even take my anxiety medication and I still twitch. all I know is that when it's bad my whole body will twitch, sometimes jolting me like I'm electrocuted. I hate my psychiatrist for doing this to me. everyone says just get another one,, like it's just so easy. it's not. there's a pandemic and my insurance is shit, most psychiatrists won't accept new patients at the moment. so enough complaining, please write back my friend. hope you're doing well, thank you for your videos.

Amanda M how do you cope with in now? Do you have practic advice for us suffering with same problem. The biggest problem we all have is - not believing the doctors- i had a mri scan and ct scan and emg and blood all came back fine and still looking for reassurance
Thank u
I think much of it is due to anxiety or panic . And we go on searching internet for the reason and eventually finding something like ALS and keep bruding over it
Thank you for this. I suffer from Health Anxiety. I ran this morning and my index finger started to twitch and i couldn't run anymore. I couldnt breathe. I needed this to calm myself.
Thank you, you've really helped me.
Anxiety sucks.
Thank you for this comment. thank you so much!
Hi razvanrogozb2b, I hope your twitches have calmed by now. Where were twitches? Did the magnesium help?
you're amazing. Thank you so much for not making us worry
These videos have helped a ton. I got so paranoid about them all I was thinking about was when my next twitch would be and I really think sometimes I would feel a quick like pulse like spasm that might even be in my head, just somewhere random on my body. Idk if anybody else had that as well.
Yeah, I always think that and then poof! There's a twitch! For us, it's psychosomatic
@@Koopaluxe I am going thru it right now as well. How long have you had the twitches?? I am so worried and think they will never go away

Great to see positive posts about BFS and twitching! Nice channel too!

Does your mouth twitch when you smile?
hi sweetie, I’ve been binge watching your vids and want to thank you for sharing your story. I’ve had the same awful twitches all over my body too for 9 months now and all neuro tests have come out fine. I keep worrying about this being an early onset
of ALS or MS and looking out there for stories of those who were initially misdiagnosed or were once told it was just anxiety but then got an awful final diagnosis 10 or 15 years later (Selma Blair is a good example).... so stressful.
It sucks but this is how it is:((
Do you have any other symptoms of MS? Anything Balance related or brain fog? Had any test done for it?
Another amazing video! Glad you’re back!
Such a good video, glad you are okay and thanks ❤
Thank you so much. This has been happening to me for 3 months. This definitely reassured me and calms my anxiety.
Do u ever feel ur body shaking or vibration from anxiety all da time?
Yeah I do

Thalaivarin Vazhiyil Hello, listen to Claire Weekes, just search on UA-cam. Helped me so much.

Right now :(
Ive recently started with muscle twitches which has lead me to your video.
did vit d help?
Thank you for this. My anxiety is severe and my twitchs began from tongue to whole body and have been suffering from it for about 2 months plus with IBS. it's hell. Extremely scary at times.

I've had calf pain and twitching for like 9 months. Tight sore muscles in my thigh and hips. No answers they from my doctor.
Paul, how are you feeling now? I have the same symptoms and just started magnesium. Did that help you? Thanks

If you don't have weakness, and clincical weakness..... not your own perceived weakness..... move on with your life. It's that simple. Take care.
Andrew B please let me know how this goes 👌
I have same symptoms . Do you get sore from the spasms because I do :(
Draco Johnson my EMG came back normal and my neurologist told me he doesn’t believe it to be serious.
Are you on any meds?
@@goddessvibes08 nope! A number of symptoms have in my opinion progressed over the past few weeks. Mainly muscle stiffness, aches and pains, general odd feelings and sensations, but it's all been on my life hand side. And the muscle twitching has mainly been on my left. The only thing I notice is that although I can still go to the gym and do weights etc. My left side feels tighter and seems to fatigue quicker. All the twitching is usually in my left foot/leg and arm and my eye.
@@NoGGy I have the exact same thing except I'm on meds. I'm scared too. Can't function but really don't want more meds.

Noora Queen Hi, if you watched the video you’ll know that despite my allergy I still come into contact with water daily just with discomfort. It’s just a skin allergy not internal so I can drink water fine.
