My husband has the Nichimo 1/200 scale of the Yamato still in the box since 1985. I can only imagine how it would look in a set up like this one. Totally awesome work, Sam.
Wow! This is now my favorite model of Yamato, and your best in my opinion. The smoke with the flame effect really nailed it! Your capsizing Bismarck is my second favorite ship model👍
WOW love it, but Yamato would've been heavily damaged with holes on her deck and AAA blown off, but it still looks brilliant especially the way you've done the fire, that is truly awesome.
..HOW AMAZING !!!! 😮😮 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼💙💚 ..Truly a God gifted talent. .& hats off to your patience level as well👏🏼👏🏼...Thank you so much for entertaining us with your astounding artwork & even inspire us at the same time !...Keep up the good work dear bro ! 👍🏼👍🏼😉
Wow that is truly amazing outstanding work you have done and I am interested in seeing ship’s like this the Yamato is one of the largest battleships of world war 2 to be sunk. Keep up the good work!
ThisIs The world's strongest ship Yamato, which had a very tragic end. Iwould like to express my condolences and deep respect for all the soldiers who lost their lives in this battle...
This thing is MASSIVE! Great work! I have a few questions: 1. what are these transparent tubes you are using for the cable? Are these made of plastic? 2. what are these things called you used for the outter frame?
Very good job! Unfortunately the resin overheated due to the high thickness of the pouring. The surface deformations on the corners are tipically related to that. I did this kind of mistake several time in the past. The solutions are: * use resins that are engineered for high thickness (I found resins up to 10 cm in one single pouring for example) * use standard resins but pour more layers (1st layer of 1cm, curing -> 2nd layer of 1cm, couring -> etc...) Hope it helps. PS: Yamato is my favorite warship ever. I'm building one of them, 1:350 from Tamiya :)
Can you please do the silent Mary but uncursed? I have been struggling with this one for quite a while because it has a very unrealistic history but don't forget to do it like how it looks like in the movie called Dead Men Tell No Tales.
Great work Samuel. That just looks awesome. It really captures the final moments of mighty Yamato. If I may ask what was the background music you used in the scene making and work display parts of the video? You seem to have used 4 BGM tracks but they're not noted in the video description.
Give this guy more like he doesn’t deserve any bad comment

What an achievement! You are amazing. To create this moment in time so vividly is truly outstanding!
Amazing skill in creating the diorama. Brilliant resourcefulness and artistic flare in creating the explosion!!

Wow, A Magnificent work of Art ! Very Nice ! Great Video ! Thanks for Sharing !❤😊

Wikipedia had a edit war to hide Yamato sinking itself.
As well as several holes in her exposed hull under the water line due to torpedo hits

War sucks... what a stunning piece!
An amazing build. Even after watching you build it, it does not look like how I thought it would look.
Compliments very beautiful diorama.
Your work is incredible!!!
Yamato has an unusual aft design. Well done by the way
Absolutely brilliant, i feel guilty as i do FF to the end but what you achieve is out standing.
This is truly amazing work always blows me away with how awesome your builds are 😍😊you deserve more subs and recognition 👏🏻😊
Basically it was only made out of cotton. Yet it’s that good is truly outstanding!

Absolutly stunning ! What a great work, my HMS Hood is a piece of plastic in comparison.

Yet another amazing job
Very good work ! It seems so easy to make... But actually that would be a nightmare for me !
Merveilleux !!
everytime the Yamato sinks , the Theme always plays in my head "Saraba Chikyuu Yoo , Tabidatsu Fune Wa , Uchuu Senkan Ya-ma-to"
Impressiv Diorama💪👍
I love it its so cool
Shout out for the smoke. It’s amazing!
R.I.P the crew of Yamato 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
Fantastic.
Battleship Yamato is over but flag japan!

I think you should do one of the RMS Lusitana
It's beautiful, it's really art, too bad it's not for sale, but I think you should study the question, you'd make a lot of people happy. Sincerely

The End of a LEGEND 😢
Amazing
Is cool 👍 wow
Wow, super build 👌⚓️
From what is the music ?
❤❤❤❤❤❤magnífico o Yamato
Freakin’ awesome! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😯
This method of expressing smoke and flames seems to be suitable for expressing main gun firing.
What tools do you use when assembling the Yamato?
hi Samuel, I have an idea for your new diorama, to make a diorama in the form of a Yamato during launching at the Kure shipyard
I can't remember was she sank by Taffy 3 or the carriers?
By Taffy 3
WOW !
hey bro i feel like you should make a lusitania model thanks! - from Archer
