said that the Yamato has no signs of battle damage.
So I've optimized the Yamato.

Excellent diorama, its hard to build a kit in " reverse" . The flames look exactly line a ship burning at sea, especially spreading out over the surface of the water. Congratulations on such Awesome creativity.
Your attention to detail is insane. Nothing but respect for going back and adding more to something that was already perfect. This is a masterpiece now.

The build looked great without the battle damage. I'll admit it does change the personality of the ship with the battle damage and your skill is what makes doing the damage after the build was complete that much more impressive.
I appreciate the fact you added blood, a lot of people seem to forget that almost 3000 men died on Yamato, that's a small town, naval combat is very bloody.
The details are absolutely incredible. The blood on the deck is a nice touch
i honestly thought it was fine, but adding more detail to a great model just makes it that little more cooler!

The Yamato Battleship had to be along with her Sister ship called Musashi I think were the Pinnacle of Designing And Orientation in terms of a Battleship.
The Yamato like the USS Missouri became easily the most recognisable Ship's in the Pacific Theatre of World War 2.
I agree With someone who said what I will Echo to as well and that is the Build without Battle Scars was Magnificent in it's own right.
Having watched this video it has changed my whole way about weathering models and for the better as well in terms of all types of models no matter what they might be.
The Crafting of this model is really great.
Anyone who says otherwise like when it was not weathered needs glasses.
A superb scale update on a model that didn't need it as I saw the first time model which I believe would have earned yourself a great deal of Pride in your Work and Respect from many persons makes us model maker's strive to be as good as yourself.
Awesome model ship, everything is awesome about this Build.

She was just fine before.. But those few little add on's really did set it off. But here's the thing , you do amazing work and when you're done , it's not just another model kit.. It becomes a piece of Art... The one thing a model builder should always do , and that is to build what ever THEY want and HOW THEY want to build it.. It's your project , so do it for you.. The people that complain about every little thing they see or don't see , are the same people who have probably never built one kit in their life.. And if they did , it most likely came out looking like crap.. I appreciate that you really do read your comments , but you don't have to pay attention to the one's who are always complaining. Or the one's trying to tell you want and how you should do something.. You just keep doing things the way you do.. That's why we watch your channel , to see what ( YOU ) are going to come up with and how ( YOU ) are going to do it.. It's your channel and they are your projects , so do things your way.. We'll be out here waiting for the next video.. Thanks for sharing your projects with us , most of us really appreciate it. 👍🇺🇲

If you look at any historical photo of the Yamato, there is no life boats visible
yes much better, you've also done the blood on the decks, not nice but accurate, it was a shame to have done the brilliant lighting but not got her looking damaged, it looks very scary now but that's war isn't it.
