these lunatics are out of reach. How do you know it was s==== price ? Maybe that was the market price? Maybe people don't have more free credit they can spend on this crap properties ? This won't end well for the people, it also won't end well for the realtors. Perhaps the upcoming crisis will put an end to this scam "profession" and only the reasonable people will stay.

Is this the only way agents can spur sales? I don’t get it. Like you said you need to get out in front of the market. If something is listed in an area where all the prices of comps are 600k then if you list at 550 and clear the product that’s the way to go. I really don’t think people understand what is going on here.
