These prices are ridiculous, you can get a similar home brand new in numerous states in the USA for 200k.
No wonder so many people are contemplating leaving the country, the construction cost needs to come down, the price for new builds need to come down.
700-800k mortgages are not good for the economy, this is terrible.

Its really hard to rent out big expensive houses. Nobody can afford $8000 a month. They are absolutely terrible rental properties. Stuff like that rents for half what the mortgage is.

These houses usually around 3500 a month rent but mortgage is 5000

@@dianeneto prices will correct soon so the mortgage is 3000. Few hundred thousand price cuts incoming, we are not going to see a 400bps rate drop. Maybe another magical 25bps that I think people will also find useless.

There is a big difference between speculators and investors. Bigger risk for speculators. Investors it's all about mathematics. I never worked with speculators. Walked away from every possible deal.
