This is awesome room to work on some thing out of the weather and the biggest plus a floor that you’re not fighting when you’re on a creeper or even cardboard to work on some thing from underneath this is too awesome. Congrats long time coming and well-deserved now you just need a really good fan for the summer, I’ve got a really nice big box fan that sits on the floor in mine. If I recall right, you’ve got a space heater or two that’ll work just fine in the winter months you back Massey to be under roof love it when a plan comes together.

Keep everything on wheels. Don't bolt cabinets to the walls. You will change your mind over the years about how you want your shop arranged or different projects may require you to move things. If every cabinet, work bench, and beer fridge is on wheels you can change things whenever.
That's a mighty fine workshop, and using it as a base building there is no reason in the future where you can't build a rear and side lean two giving you three times as much space. Great work mate.
Later on, you could add a window or two for light. And maybe a small wood stove to take the winter chill off. But, for right now, you got yourself a fine shop there. I wish I had something like that. Get out there as often as you can and enjoy yourself.
