Please let them know that the chaff can be processed into coconut flour which is keto friendly. There has to be more education in Ghana on healthy oils so citizens will patronize such products. I bet there are a lot of Ghanaians looking down on this oil and would rather prefer corn/ vegetable oil which is highly processed, cause inflammation and not good for us.

@Miriam Osei in the introduction, I said they process the 2, but in this video, we'll be seeing how the normal coconut oil is done.. So the video was about normal coconut oil, not the virgin, though they explained how the virgin is then, but that wasn't the target. I hope you understand now

This oil is very expensive in Europe this was what my mum cooked with when I was young it tasted very good, now Ghanaians are buying oil for Europe which is not good for our health God bless Ghana.

The both methods are virgin coconut oils the difference is that one fried and the other one is cold pressed which is more expensive. Well done👍
Virgin should only be cold pressed not fried. The fried one is normal coconut oil of the heat

Well done guys. I also think the difference between virgin coconut oil and cold pressed coconut oil should be checked. The explanation in the video is quite confusing. I think virgin is not necessarily cold pressed. I think we have two types. Regular coconut oil which is heated and virgin coconut oil which can either be cold pressed, that is left under the sun without real heating or raw virgin coconut oil left in room to solidify like cream. So I know regular and virgin( raw or cold pressed). Here to learn too so if I’m wrong I’m open for other thoughts. Thank you

Coconut oil is my best, it has no bad effect on healthy living.
Wow! I once visited a coconut oil production base in Eikwe and I was impressed but the processing on large quantities is so much work especially these our mothers using manpower. The MP or DCE should support projects like these.
