Everything looks so delicious! The combination of long papaya, tomato sauce, and chicken drumsticks sounds like a perfect blend of flavors. I can imagine how tasty this dish must be! You’re truly a talented cook, Mommy Sros. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe - can’t wait to try it myself

I’m originally from Philippines. I used to eat alot of coconut when I was a kid. My grandparents planted alot of coconut trees in our land. We also use alot of coconut milk in our cooking . I love your channel. We are your new subscriber.
Oh my gooooodness! I haven't seen this channel in a few years. UA-cam isn't putting it in my feed. Wow, look at your family! Your kiddo is so big and your little brother isn't so little anymore! Everyone is growing up beautifully! ❤❤
In Indonesia we call " kentos ", sweet in taste & very nutritious especially protein & saturated fatty acids... I have experienced making VCO using mechanical pressing. Coconut is peeled to removed brown outer skin. Dried shredded coconut then dried. After proper dried then oil is pressed and filtered or centrifuged. You will get pure VCO very clear oil like water... The shelf-life could stand for 7 years without rancid... You easily drink for 1 spoon a day in the morning. The kids also. VCO could protect us from virus due to natural antibiotic monolaurin & monocaprin. VCO easily pass through inside human cell & burn into energy 38 ATP... You can use it for diet.
I love this place. I wish I could move there now! I wish I could transport myself to this beautiful, amazing place. The setting is so peaceful and healthy. Amazing! Are you in the USA or what country?
I love the gelatin texture. In my country the sprout it is called “coconut heart”. In my country most people doesn’t know that the sprout it’s eatable; I learned to eat it from my grandmother; she used to make coconut oil and she let the coconut sprout some leaves before processing the fruit. Love this video! ❤❤❤

That's so cool how you made the coconut oil! Also, I would love to try sprouted coconut with condensed milk and milo. That looks delicious.
Same
I would also suggest planting at least 3-4 of these coconuts next year in order to keep up a sustainable supply of coconut for your activities.
Thank you for sharing

Once coconut sprouts, the oil content in the coconut meat depleats drastically. This video is created just for the sake of monetizing content.
Aqui no Brasil nós extraímos o óleo de coco da mesma maneira que ela fez, usando coco seco isso é verdadeiro.
@akhilchalil1585 not true. Matured sprouted coconuts is where most oil comes from
Not true. You actually get a lot of oil from mature coconuts
@IamTheJackofAllTrades I am from a family whose primary source of income used to be coconut farming for many generations.
