    In the Caribbean we use coconut for many things..eg..coconut water and your favorite rum..
    We make candy..
    We make milk to cook with..
    We make oil..etc..

    Gradually we will stop the importation of foreign products into Ghana. If he has any foreign competitor, all we need is for government to either ban or raise the import duties on such products to give such local manufacturers the opportunity to increase and creat employment in Ghana. This is how Africa should go. Great job man.

    Absolutely ambitious and creative. This coconut is the basis for our rice and peas in Guyana and the Caribbean. We used to break it, and take a knife to cut out the coconut from the hard shell (try not to stick your hand...LOL). Now we use coconut milk in the cans. This is a great product. Thank you Wode Maya.
