I truly appreciate your video! It was so well explained! I’ve shied away from dried beans just for the reasons you gave, so I always bought canned 😅. I can’t wait to try this. Thank you so much!
Thank you for this informative video! I love how clear your voice is and how well it carries out. People who mumble and murmur in their videos, especially when they're trying to do a tutorial, drive me up the wall. So it's very refreshing to listen to someone who puts effort into projecting their voice. I do have a question. Is it possible to oversoak beans? Say for example I soaked some beans overnight to use for the next day, but something came up and I couldn't use the beans until the day after. Are beans that have been soaking for more than overnight safe to use, and will soaking beans for a long time affect their taste and texture? Additionally, have you cooked beans using an Instant Pot?
my Titanic queen , you are beautiful,. Oh why did I come here? Yeah I want to know an easy way to boil these legumes faster, I fail making them soft 😭 even hours of boiling in a pressure cooker.

Thank you, You're the only person on this topic who didn't make me cringe.
Some beans 'burst' when cooked with salt (like Alubia beans, perhaps I just cooked them too long)
Legumes become harder if cooked with salt. Always better add the salt at the last 5’

What about using a crackpot
Don't add the salt until much later - they should be soft first.
