In this video, I go over how I forage/collect rosehips and turn them into a dried product for tea all winter long. I also make a casual loaf of bread, so if you want to bake along with me, feel free to watch through the end of the video. Tips on foraging rosehips: -Look for rosehips in areas with decent drainage (no marshy ground), and at least partial sun -Rosehips are much sweeter after at le...

First off sorry about the wonky lighting in this video! Filming these three recipes was an experiment with natural light, a couple artificial lights, and a mix between the two. It's all over the place, but hopefully I learned enough filming this that lighting will be much more consistent in future videos. Baking Basics: How to Knead Bread Dough
Just discovered you and your channel. Really enjoyed the vids on beans and sprouting and seasonal cooking. I really enjoy how your approach, values and personality come across in the way you express yourself. You are very nourishing ;)
Thank you!
Nice
You apologize like a Canadian. I've done a bunch of these that were less kimchi and more of like a spicy fruit compote with kale. The warning about liquid overflowing is well warranted.
Very helpful ty
The exact sort of video I was looking for. Well done
Watching you make the bread was so nice! An unexpectedly meditative moment!
Thanks for clarity. Now I know how to fry in detailed consideration. Shallow fry / Saute in low heat for meat, and steam / boil vegetable with little water to drink later seems the way. You really time saver and brain helper 😊
Thank you for the simple explanation! Exactly what i need!!! You are definitely a Good Witch 😄
Great video !
Can you plant the rose hips seeds so they'll grow more in your area?

Just found this chanel! Love the content 💗
It's a shame you stopped making content. I stumbled across your channel today and I love it. I guess it didn't catch on as fast as you wanted but your content so far was great. I hope if you ever decide to come back we cross paths again!
Thank you for teaching me to cook delicious beans!!!!
THANKYOU! ❤
I truly appreciate your video! It was so well explained! I’ve shied away from dried beans just for the reasons you gave, so I always bought canned 😅. I can’t wait to try this. Thank you so much!
Can we do spring cookin that follows this series of seasonal cooking from side dishes to grilling recipes or however u wanna cook
Can you do more squash recipes? I absolutely love your recipes I've done a few of them❤
So happy to see this type of content with a mutual aid, community perspective! So important!
You’re winging it and I am loving it!! The pine cones should winter over forever or until you find some more.. Go get someWhite Rain pump hair spray and outside spray some of your more delicate weeds as it makes them last longer and not stink Dollar store or thrift store… if you want your pretty leaves to last longer get any king of white glue water it down and dip or paint your leaves to last and that tree that fell had some wonderful knurly branches to hang on your walls and maybe drape a scarf or yarn just for color or fun…. Your travels are little treasure hunts for whatever Nature left for you to discover…. I’ll be right here watching you Become…. Enjoy!! I’m glad you have a dog to walk with you…🌾🍁🙂
What a mess. I would have shown up with all the animals including the chickens and walked into the supervisor's office and said Hi, we'll wait right here while you get this straightened out. Where can we set up our picnic cooler and our sleeping bags?
My barley always soaks up all the liquid. It doesn’t matter when I add it to the stew. Help!
I'd like more of these videos it's very nice
Yummy
Thank for the vid. Very helpful!

The only thing I'm not is atheist, but that won't stop me from loving you and your channel (esp. because I love atheists, I'm also trans/gay and neurodivergent, and I love everything else about you and your channel!) I'm glad to have found you and I can't wait to watch all of your vids :) I love the ones I've seen so far! I hope you have a wonderful day 💕
As a beginner kitchen/green witch with ADHD and anxiety, this video is wonderful for me. I usually avoid instructional "planning" vids because they're made for neurotypical people trying to achieve perfection. Love you, loved this video, love your channel, so I'm subscribing and hoping for more vids like this. You truly took the intimidation and fear out of gardening for me. Thank you 🧡
I love your channel! I have just discovered it and subbed. This is so basic, but has always eluded me, and I'm super sensitive to sulphur. So THANK YOU so much! You are amazing.
I just discovered your channel and I love it. I hope to see you making videos again soon.
Come back please 😫🥰
We have alot of extra 'winters'. So the last frost here is into April some years.
Are you still in the old school house? Would love to see how that's coming along!
Lots of older buildings have the attic access in a closet.

I'd love to know tips on preserving and storing dried herbs.
I know this video is 2yrs old but I just found it. Being a thrifty person, I love reusing glass jars. Trouble with that is finding replacement lids/rubber. Any tips on where you find them?
"I have been more late to more important things" No phrase has spoken to me on such a deep, spiritual level before.
I know nothing about cooking. This video was helpful
Wow such a amazing recipe .good content you have.visit my channel
thank you for your efforts - you have sold me on the beans and legumes!
Now to be totally converted to legumes for life, watch Karen Hurd's videos on healing with soluble fiber aka legumes. Incredible information.
when you say 'rinse' but take out the shells -- are you opening the screen, rinsing water into the jar, and taking them out that way? or putting it into a separate thing?
❤ love your kitchen dear!! 😊
Hope you do more cooking ❤❤
